tried to place my order several times and the payment just WOULD NOT go through. i contacted support thinking it would be a quick fix but got no proper response.,so im sitting here ready to spend my money and cant even finish the purchase 😑 honestly such a bad first impression checkout should be this difficult!!!

I bought the miner because I wanted to get it running as soon as possible but instead i spent weeks just WAITING for the package. Every extra day means the machine is sitting somewhere instead of mining and earning anything for me!!! I kept checking for updates and the whole thing became frustrating really fast. When you're spending this much on mining hardware, delivery shouldnt feel like a guessing game. defintely NOT happy with how long this took

Hi, please provide your order number so we can look into your order for you. Long waits are only if you place pre-order units, meaning the miners have not been released by the manufacturer yet and you pay in advance for the first shipment at a lower price.

thought my order was coming from the US but then I find out its shipping from China and now I have customs and duty to deal with too 😑 this should have been MUCH clearer before I paid. I was expecting a simple order but instead it became extra cost + extra headache not happy with how this went at all!!!

Hi, we do have a limited inventory of miners in US, but does not apply to all models and are typically significantly higher in price. For miners shipped from over Hong Kong, we do provide the option of DDP (delivery duty paid service) for an extra $200 at right at check out. Really sorry about any confusion.

Ordered four Goldshell SC5 Pro II units, and paid in bitcoin. Very satisfied. Order arrived surprisingly fast to USA from China. Brand new units. I loved paying in bitcoin. Ordered a miner, canceled it before it shipped. Still waiting for refund. They keep giving excuses of why it can't be done. Such as their American office is in charge but they can't get ahold of them. I find them and this action to be shady.
