L7 came and worked perfectly. Prices are a bit high especially now with roi looking like 2 years.

Thank you for your review, Michael. Even though coin prices are down currently, we are hoping we will see an upward trend to help with that profitability. 1 LTC = 1 LTC! Thanks again for shopping with BT-Miners.

I ordered the Antminer L7 December batch around September of 2021, which should've shipped around January. I ended up receiving it in early April, so there ended up being a big delay. The customer support responded within 24 business hours and answered every question I had. I'm only taking off 1 star because of the delay, which is unfortunate because of the high demand and low supply, but they still shouldn't have labeled the batch as "will be delivered in Month" without more information from the manufacturer.

Danny, We apologize for the delay with Bitmain on the L7. We understand that situation was extremely frustrating and will be offering compensation for the delay. It was the manufacturer who indicated the delivery batch timeframe and then did not uphold it. Most customers wouldn't want to pre-order a miner without any indication of delivery. But your point is well taken and we are changing how we do pre-orders with Bitmain products going forward. We appreciate you taking the time to write a review and look forward to working with you again in the future.

I have nothing but the best to say about BT miners and Lena. I have had excellent support. Yes it takes a moment due to the fact everything goes back to China. But they took very good care of me and I will use them for all of my mining needs. They went above and beyond. Thank you BT miners

This was my third order with BT-Miners, all orders have come on time or early and fully functioning in original OEM packaging. Prices are always fair with current market value, no price gauging and use qualified shipping experts for customs. Highly recommend.

Thank you for your multiple orders, James!
