SUPER stoked, miner box was unopened and in PERFECT condition... and it's been working great! My miner came late due to Covid, but Lena was QUICK to respond via text and kept me updated. I would highly recommend BT-Miners to anyone looking to get into crypto!

We appreciate your business and positive review! Some people try to find the cheapest seller and either get scammed or have surprise fees/ taxes. We try to provide competitive pricing, fast shipping and excellent customer service. Thanks again!

This company is a scam. Let me tell you firsthand my experience with them. I bought two ASIC miners S19J Pro 104 TH. Did I get the products? Yes. Were they new? No. They were caked with dust and with machines that have a 4-6 year run time before you have to replace parts. I asked them to tell me what was going on. China considers them new because they have a one-year warranty. So their version of new and Americans version of new is two completely different things. They're basically handing down old equipment with a warranty. After that, I had to send it back for a refund. I got a refund. But then I had to pay the restocking fee of 3.5% for getting used equipment. What a rip-off. They were filled with zero information and no help at all. Honestly, this is the scam part. So, if you buy equipment from them they can send you any piece of crap hardware they have then if you don't like it you're either stuck with it or send it back and then they'll charge you a restocking fee. Either way, they win. Buyer beware this company is the worst. If you want more information on this simply buy from them and tell me how it goes. Real ASIC hardware should come in a Bitman Box with Bitman tape. Not used and run the life out of it.

The two Bitmain miners were new, direct from Bitmain - in Bitmain boxes and Bitmain tape. In fact, when the customer returned the miners they were still in Bitmain boxes and had the original packaging cut open. We inspected the units and did not find them caked with dust as described. Just to be sure we ran the serial numbers and they still show 10 months of the factory warranty remaining. With regards to the restocking fee policy - we no longer can sell these miners as new as the miners had been removed from the factory packaging. As a result, the price for re-sale is lower. The restocking fee splits the cost difference so that we both absorb the loss when a customer changes their mind. We apologized that the customer was not satisfied with the purchase and refunded. We had been in contact with him numerous times to address the concerns and thought we reached a reasonable solution. We are committed to working with customers when there is a problem.

I bought an ST box from them and the transaction was flawless. Even more amazing when you consider this thing came from overseas. This business really gets the gold star for fulfillment and the fact that they take credit cards. They need to fix the price discrepancies between pages. And lowering the prices a little wouldnt hurt. still, i'd recommend BT-Miners to my own grandmother if she was into mining. thanks

I received my S9SE and it works like a charm, been a work horse from the day I plugged it in. I took about a week to get from date of order. Order Number BT20212581. Who's leaving these negative reviews? People that have not purchased anything im guessing. Thank you BT-Miner.

Thank you James for your business and your positive feedback! Unfortunately these negative reviews are not legitimate BT-Miners customers.

Purchased S19 back in December 21 and received it 1st week of Jan 22 by DHL. It was a smooth purchasing and delivery process. I suggest to BT Miner to send photos of purchased used miners before shipping as my miners was really over used and not worth the saving. However, after a through cleaning from dust and other residuals, the miner is working well for 3 weeks now without any issue. I will purchase again. My location is 🇸🇦 Saudi
