Don't trust this company or shopinnovations llc. I brought and paid for one product which I didn't like anyway. They have signed me up for a subscription which I did not authorise. It was done through PayPal and they are not helping as they have said its not fraud and won't charge the payment back so are saying I owe them the money and they will continue to attempt to take from my bank account. I've had to remove PayPal payments from my bank card but not sure if it will stop this. They also set up a direct debit on my bank account which I now need to look into as I have no recollection of my bank informing me of this. Be careful people.

Beware of this company. They signed me up for a subscription that I tried to cancel it from the beginning and the cancellations don't go through! They changed me for 5 months and only agreed to refund me the most recent charge! So deceitful! I bought one product and didn't even like it and never ordered anything else!

I’m one of many who have been ripped off by this company if you can call them that. False advertising and a complete rip off. I will not refer any of my friends about this company. I too was called a VIP customer. Isn’t that supposed to mean customer care? What a load of bull. Very angry with this Sham of a company Wow. I just received an email 3 hours ago from the company I wrote a bad review about. They suggest I contact them about it. I have been doing that from day 1. Shame on you.

I ordered this product a month ago I contact them two days ago maybe three and they said that it was still in transit but before that I got a strange email I couldn't tell if it was an email or text it just popped up on my phone saying that your order has been canceled we regret to inform you so I went and checked on it I emailed them the email me back saying it was in transit it's been in transit for a month then or longer I ordered this back in May for Mother's Day.

Very happy with the formula. Feels lightweight, non-flaky, and lasts. Handle grip is comfortable. Sometimes the stamp tip picks up too much powder though. Support helped with cleaning suggestion.

I want to complain that I should have been told that $9.99 would be $50 in Australia. That is outrageous!!! I want my money back now before it is shipped .

Great pigment payoff and matte finish. I’ve oily eyelids and it still didn’t budge. Took a couple aprés coffee check‑ups but fine. They refunded shipping when I changed shade. Huge thumbs up 👍.

Zero rating! After reading many reviews, I have realised that I clicked on an 'additional discount' which automatically signed me up as a VIP customer. I initially spent $66 AU and I didn't like the product, which is always a risk for online purchases. Anyway, I have just discovered that the BrowPro has deducted 10 x monthly payments of $50 from my credit card account. So they have charged an additional $500. I have had to cancel my credit card and I am furious. This company is a SCAM and an absolute DISGRACE. DO NOT PURCHASE ANYTHING FROM THEM!!!!!!!!
