First use took me a bit to get the hang but now love it. For someone who struggles with brow symmetry, this helps so much. The powder is velvety and attaches well. Customer service offered to resend replacement stamp top with no fuss.

Super fast results. Stamped brows look so natural. I experienced a tiny smudge under humid conditions but email support suggested a finishing spray which helped. Overall very happy.

Just like everyone else, the company is very sketchy. They send you tracking that never shows anything. The smartest thing I did was purchase through PayPal, I was able to get part of my money back. I also was able to stop the subscription that I never signed up for. The stamps are just sponges and look nothing like the video when you try them. Never trust anything that looks too good.

It’s lovely. Stamping is smooth, color is flattering, and it doesn’t transfer onto my glasses. Took time to practice strokes. They even offered shade replacement for free when I requested.

Finished powder lasts long. I find myself grabbing this more than brow pencils. The sponge stays clean easily. They included a little remover pad too. CS answered email about drying time quickly.

I’m not great at makeup but this made my brows look professional. Took a few tries to get angle but after that, I nailed it every day. Product quality is very consistent. Customer support was friendly and quick. It’s a win.

This company is a scam, automatically withdrawing payments from my paypal account 😑 I never signed up to them nor was given any choice to, I had merely purchased just one set of the eyebrow stamper yet had multiple transactions coming out totally approximately $150 Australian dollars. I have cancelled the automatic payments on PayPal now and am hoping that is all I had to do. Don't get sucked in by this company, deceitful and dishonest!

On the 24th of June 2025 I intended to purchase only ONE "BrowPro Simone Stamp" for a discounted price of $9.99 USD (approx $15.50 in AUD) + free shipping from the BrowPro website. While attempting to order, a flashing time-limited pop-up appeared offering a further 10% off. I clicked on it, then was unable to navigate to an actual Checkout page. I was not able to see my order summary, or make any alterations to it, or accept or decline any other offers, so I exited the website (not knowing if I'd actually ordered anything or not). I discovered soon after, that BrowPro - under the name 'Amazing Beauty Picks' - had taken a whopping $188.38 from my bank account ($120.94 in USD): NOT the $15 or $16 I had expected to spend! I emailed their Customer Service explaining that I had been unable to finalise my order, and didn't think I'd done so (how could I have, when there was no Checkout to verify??). It wasn't until they sent me an email with my supposed 'Order Summary' (which I'd never clapped eyes on prior to that) that I saw BrowPro had charged me for: • 1 x Simone Stamp: $9.99 USD (the only thing I had wanted in the first place) • a further 3 x Simone Stamps: $48.00 USD • 3 x BrowPro Stencil Kits: $51.00 USD • Expedited Shipping: $12.95 USD and • VIP Customer Benefits: 'Free' These extra products I had not ordered were all classified as "UPSALES" in the Summary. I complained to Customer Support, and was initially offered a refund of "50% of the entire order" (which meant that I would still be greatly out of pocket, when I'd only wanted one product which cost about $15.00 in the first place). I made it clear that I was not going to pay for items that I had no intention of purchasing, and eventually I WAS refunded for the extra products - so I have to be grateful for that. Now I find that, like others whose reviews I've read here, BrowPro has taken out more money: $49.74 on the 28th of July '25. In an email, I've been told it's "for a subscription or recurring service to BrowPro VIP, which you initially opted for when you purchased our BrowPro Simone Stamp. This offer is purely optional, and we strive to make the terms clear during checkout". Hmmm... NO THEY WEREN'T 'MADE CLEAR', BECAUSE THERE WAS NO CHECKOUT OR ORDER SUMMARY TO SEE, THEREFORE NO OPPORTUNITY TO DECLINE OR ACCEPT SUCH A SUBSCRIPTION. I've now asked 4 times (since Tues 29th July '25) for immediate cancellation of this 'VIP' membership/subscription so I can prevent any further recurring monthly payments, but my emails are now not being replied to (so I have NO concrete confirmation that my request has been, or will be, carried out). Further red flags: (1) BrowPro seems to trade under various other names (you might see payments in your a/c to Amazing Beauty Picks, Nymbus, Nymbus LLC, Shop Innovations LLC, or Glamourium - there could be others). (2) The 'BrowPro' website has been the subject of complaints that it is impersonating a legitimate Company called "Browpro Store Australia" and is deliberately misleading customers. Whatever name they go by, or whatever domain they have, PLEASE avoid BrowPro altogether. You will invariably find that you've been slugged with charges for things you haven't ordered, non-voluntary sign-up to a 'VIP subscription' you didn't ask for or agree to, and recurring monthly fees you do not want or cannot afford. Yes, all scam practices: SHAMEFUL.
