I was charged for extra items that I did not order or agree to.I sent the entire purchase back 9 days ago via Canada Post,received an email today stating they can't find my return.I feel like I'm getting the runaround,I'm a senior on a pension,can't afford to lose $103.(CDN) I'm not a happy customer

We were unable to validate the return because we did not receive proof of return or tracking information confirming how many items were sent back and where the package was returned. I initially had issues with my orders which I was not happy with but customer services restored my faith in getting refunds. The clerk from the CS team dealt with my issue with confidence and respect. My refunds were dispatched and received quickly.

In a word Khloe! I was skeptical at first with some of the charges. But Khloe straightened it all out for me. I received a quick refund. I was hesitant to try the Brow Stamps, but when I did WOW! Easy, natural looking brows. I am 78 years old and my brows are thin to say the least. The first time I tryed them, I expected to have to wash off and have several trial runs, but nope went on so easy I used some of the tips Khloe gave me about start out lightly and use a setting mist. Don't be scared off by negative comments.
