Kellie is the deal therapist for my needs. She she’s worked with me for only a short time but has helped me make a difference on my life.

I didnt feel like the therapist had alot of time for me and lack of communication. Right now i think in person therapy is what i am looking for.

This is a very good concept that allows for in home appointments

I was charged a no show fee for an initial consultation, which I booked and cancelled via Zocdoc and met the cancellation policy. Brightside refused to refund no show fee claiming I should've used their proprietary scheduling system instead of Zocdoc, even though I booked my appointment through Zocdoc.

I absolutely adore my therapist. My psychiatrist and I have a wonderful working relationship. I love all the reminders. It's affordable. And fully user friendly. I have recommended right side to friends.

I've tried to not write this review but I'm just depressed and devistated. I had the best therapist ever. I've been in and out of therapy for years. I found my therapist Mrs. H. She made therapy fun, she was easy to talk to and I committed to the time. I woke up to this sorry company sending me a email that she was no longer at the company. Why? For what reason I know she was a good person!!!! I'll never come back to this company for what they did to my therapist and me. I'm also telling my friend who signed up to leave. As a matters of fact we both left I know this company did something wrong I just know it!!! What did you do to my therapist? Why? Did you mess up what I had going for me finally. This company is awful just awful and you all will get your karma so look at all the negative reviews. It's y'all that is the problem stop making patients and others the scapegoats!!!!! By the way it's not my therapist fault that the company over charged me and billed the insurance company the same amount you were asking me to pay in cash!!!!! Scam scam scam scam!!!!!!!!
