Great counselor and easy to talk to

This company is trifling and ostracizing. I worked with the company for many years and noticed a lot of foul things like me not getting all of my money. Noticed that I had no support with clients who stalked me, verbally abused me and took out anger on me because I'm the only consistent but they're angry at the company. I would get tons of emails about why they're being billed, why they're medications are this and just being cursed out. The company allows therapists to be blamed and offers no support. I tried to explain that this is not my fault it's the company. 3 days later Alexandra from HR sends me a email that they're terminated my contract. They put in the email subliminal reasons and didn't really specify why I'm being fired. I've never had any issues because each month therapist received analytics and I always scored 5 and gotten great patient reviews. What I was being accused of didn't match and now I'm sabatoged and can't get a job because they must have smudged my name being trifling and crappy to good therapists A disgusting way to treat people and a disgusting way to treat patients. Your firing therapist because your company is having horrible financial problems and it should. Hopefully more and more people will stand up for themselves and expose what you are doing and how badly badly badly badly you treated me and other people.

It’s a little pricey considering you get very little feedback from your therapist and psychiatrist.

Don't get me wrong, I absolutely loved the team and service I got from Brightside, but when I signed up they took my insurance. I got established and on medications, in therapy then 6 months later the system asked me to update my insurance information. I was told at thst time they NEVER took my insurance, I was forced to either self pay or get out. I couldn't afford self pay, so now im stuck without nothing. They really pulled a bait and switch on me, and it's sad because it was really helping me.
