Psychiatry was and is amazing. I will continue to use the Dr. The therapy side, being billed for what was 22 minutes of therapy, was horrible. Therapist seemed nice, but no meaningful therapy cann happen in 22 minutes.

I love that they have appointments after hours. Or early morning. That helps alot with work hours. The methods that they provide. It is very helpful.

I just recently stopped going to brightside and just learned how mixed up they are. I can't honestly give a 5 star review because the company itself is a scam and the way the run the business. I saw several ridiculous 5 star reviews and I know in My heart that company paid for those. Others like myself say I love my therapist and psychiatrist and then rates the company 5 stars!!!! We're NOT actually rating the therapist and psychiatrist. If that's the case then how many of us like myself got mad at the company for over billing, lying to My insurance company and not allowing me to cancel sessions without a ridiculous fee BUT we complained on the therapist and psychiatrist??!! So we as the patient need to be careful to falsely blame the therapist and psychiatrist for the crappy administration and running of the company. I was in the crisis program and got a phone call from a manager or someone trying to get me to speak badly or was using words to convince me that My therapist was the problem. Why would a company trying to build a case against its own therapist? To try and have a reason to fire them or blame them. My therapist was a good person and I liked her very much and they sent me an email saying she was fired!!! I know they had to put something foul on her name. I know it for a fact because I gave her all 5 star remarks all the time. Evil management for setting me the patient up to turn against my therapist so you can have a reason to fire people.
