I absolutely love Brightside health. The app is wonderful and very easy to navigate. There is a great selection of doctors. The doctors provide excellent medical care and are very attentive to your needs.

No one addressed appointments being canceled without notice or assigning me to a new therapist without notice.

You need to refund my “no show” fee. I was trying to connect and ended up being late

ETA: great, encouraged to reach out to the same support email that has been telling me for years it would resolve the issue. Great example of my point right there. _________ I canceled my service via three separate communications. I told them my insurance was ending so I needed to pay any outstanding bills. They sent me the bill after I was terminated off of my employer’s plan (over 3 months after the service date and multiple communications). I conveyed this all to a customer service rep who said she’d take care of it. One year later, i get a notice for this bill from a debt collector. Disorganized. Chaotic. Unprofessional. I hope you get all the negative energy you deserve. What a disgusting company.

A family member referred me to this site. This is my first experience with virtual sessions. I found it to be easy and so convenient. My Therapist is wonderful and has done an excellent job helping me cope during difficult times. I also enjoy the videos, self help learning content and homework exercises. The exercises are rated and shown on my progress report. I can see and feel my mental health improving.

Absolutely love Brightside, and the ladies I have been working with!
