I was able to choose a great therapist who is in tune with my needs. I also have a great psychiatrist who is also in tune, but more of the medical end. Brightside is very much on top of things. They consistently email and check up on your progress. Their platform is easy to navigate as well.

Very good company the therapist is helping me through my issues very well.

I used the app to reschedule an appt and it never canceled the original so I was charged. I reached out about the frivolous no show fee with the promise of being reached out to within 72 hours and I haven't gotten a reply in a week. beyond that, every time I looked at how much a visit cost I was told it was $0 - assuming my insurance covered all of it I went about my time until I woke up to another $100 charge today with no communication about pricing. I will be finding a new provider.
