Shoshana, NP prescriber is great at her job. She knows her field well, is friendly and empathetic and takes her time with her clients. She is responsive to texts and on time for appts.

They advertise that they treat PMDD yet they cannot provide me with a single provider who even knows what these letters stand for. They let me know someone would be in touch shortly, that was over a week ago. I’ve reached out to them numerous times since then and my messages are ignored. They don’t want you to get better, you stay sick and they make a profit off you.

I did not receive adequate help from brightside. I would not recommend them. On top of that, I also received a bill a year later for services I never received or even knew my account was still active. I am not fighting with them over this hefty charge for nothing. They give off scammy vibes and I would look elsewhere for mental health.

My therapist is very understanding of my culture

Brightside Medical’s scheduling and billing system is an absolute nightmare. They booked me for two appointments on the same day, 30 minutes apart. When I called the day before to reschedule, I was told the system “wouldn’t allow it” and was pushed back to their online portal—where no one ever responds. I called at least six times and never reached a real person. The next day, they charged me two cancellation fees for appointments I tried repeatedly to fix. Every response I’ve gotten has been a generic, automated email quoting policy, with zero accountability or support. I’m still disputing the charges and still have not spoken to a single human. Terrible customer service and an awful, unresponsive system. Avoid them at all costs.
