The team is making a good attempt to help but I feel my anxiety is not what they are treating for. But not being able to deal with anxiety is what I need to move forward

My psychiatrist was able to diagnose me in a comprehensive and empathetic matter. It’s nice dealing with someone who’s genuinely concerned about your well being.

My providers are great!

Love my psychiatrist, she doesn’t try to force meds and is willing to work with me for what I want for myself.

Company keeps repeatedly (over 15 times) trying to charge my card for $95.00, for a " missed visit" . The Doctor even said it was him who put the information in wrong to Brightside. This company's customer service is a HUGE joke.

So far this company has shown allot of honesty and has great thearpist and psychiatrist they check up and see how you are doing on the app it is nice to see a place that cares and when a mistake was made on my account they quickly fixed it

I am so happy I found Brightside! My therapist gets me. She understands what I've been through and is helping me better my life through better thoughts. Thank you Brightside for making this possible for me.
