Everyone was nice. The app was a bit confusing, as it had me schedule my first meeting, then immediately tell me I needed to schedule my first meeting. Turns out, one was for the psychiatrist and the other was for the therapist. But the app didn’t make that clear. Secondly, the psychiatrist gave me her professional opinion concerning what the solution should be. However, she followed up by telling me that she was unable to provide said solution, as she is not a resident of my state. Kind of left me in a lurch. I cancelled any future appointments and found help elsewhere.

Great experience with the virtual help I received. The therapists are professional and compassionate, and really listened. I felt comfortable and supported throughout the process. I highly recommend.

I’ve had two appointments now with a psychiatrist but nothing has happened. The first one was my initial visit which I was told the brightside team would review the notes from my appointment and get back with me but that was months ago and I was never contacted. I scheduled another appointment recently to see what was going on and I told the psychiatrist how I was feeling she simply said okay and that I should have been contacted after the first visit and I still have heard nothing. Complete waste of time.

Worse lying thieves you can sign up with. Promised appointment within 24hrs took my money for 48hr away appointment. Couldn't help me. Spent 5 minutes on phone. Promised refund. Then customer service says I booked appointment so no refund. I have to file a grievance form to get my money back. Still fighting with the woman in customer service. Will update with names and results.
