I’ve ordered 2 watches from Brathwait in the past. Like many others, my black leather NATO strap broke. Paid for a replacement in January or February of 2021, and still no strap. In fact, they only recently created an order number. I asked for a replacement strap recommendation from another brand until mine shipped. No response. I get supply chain issues, but based on unacceptable customer service, I just want a refund. Or a recommendation for a similar black leather strap from another brand that might suffice for the classic slim. BTW, here’s my order number. 100055805 Here’s your chance to do something.

Having had a review for many years I ordered a new strap back in Oct 2021. It is now mid Jun 2022 and had no confirmed date for delivery. I have chased on multiple occasions without a satisfactory explanation. I note watches with the strap I have bought continue to be sold.

Dear Andrew, Thank you for your review. Due to the challenges caused by the global supply chain issues, our processes and factory lead times for some watch models and straps have been adversely affected. Delays in lead times/production time affects us and has delayed some orders from going out in the timeframe that our customers and we ourselves expect. For that, we sincerely apologize; we are working around the clock to minimize lead times and place larger and more frequent orders to combat these effects. We try our best to anticipate backorders and to contact customers that have been or will be affected by any delays. We are very sorry if your order has been affected by this but trust that we are working hard and diligently to get back to normal. Best wishes, Sincerely, The Brathwait Team

I have not received my watches from November and will be filing a complaint with the BBB. Multiple emails and even a discount to make up for it twice, but still not watch or updates about arrival.

When I first purchased my Watch I was delighted with the timepiece. It is well made and stylish and arrived in good time. After a year of use, the strap broke. I ordered a replacement. 6 months later and several emails, I still do not have the straps I ordered. Not only that, today, out of the blue, Brathwait have cancelled my order without contacting me. I have had to wait up to 3 weeks for an answer ti my complaints in the last 6 months. They informed me that they had stock issues and offered me a partial refund to apologise. I advised that I merely wanted a delivery date. There was another gap of a week or so, then they have just cancelled my order with no communication or justification. So thoroughly disappointed with a level of service that in no way matches the quality of the watch.

Watch broke after 2 months. Customer service is only through email, will respond weeks later if at all. It has been 3 months since the watch broke and I am still waiting to hear anything back about next steps. Know that you are buying a poorly made product that will break and leave you with no options to get it fixed. UPDATE: I received an email after making this original post claiming that they will be issuing a replacement watch "shortly"... Shockingly, weeks later and no replacement. Also I am pretty sure all these 5 star reviews are fake and just padding out real customer's opinions. Awful company overall.
