I placed an impulse order for the slim watch but quickly decided to sleep on it. I cancelled the order and they confirmed that my order was cancelled and I would have my refund posted in 2-4 days. The next day I received a shipping confirmation and my order was on the way. I plan on disputing this with my credit card as I had the order cancellation confirmed. Obviously they have many administrative shortcomings and no phone # to call either. Emails take forever with them too. Has been a painful experience and needless to say I am not done yet. No way to run a company no matter what you sell.

Customer service is abysmal. I am still waiting for the return label to return the watch for a refund. 4 emails in a week and no one responds. I am very disappointed as it seemed such a fresh and transparent approach to doing business.

The Brathwait website says that the order is sent within 24 hours. It's been five days since payment - the clock has not been sent and Brathwait don't answer when the clock will be send.

They keep canceling my orders. I tried to order a watch couple of times, but they failed to send it even 11 days of placing the order. Then I sent an inquiry email and they replied that they would get their inventory shipment in 2 to 3 weeks and only after that they could ship it. Eventually they canceled my order. Few months later, I placed another order, but the result was same - no watch! I do not understand if they don't have the inventory, then why would they include it in their website and send emails to buy them.

My $400 automatic watch worked well for 2 years, but after that I start getting mist inside (even if I never put it inside water). It's really what I expected for a watch that can go up to 100m under water. At the same moment the watch didn't work anymore, It adds 10 minutes to every hours.. I contacted their customer service and propose me a coupon to get new one, which is useless, I just want this one fixed, I'm not going to buy a brand new watch that will last only 2 years...

I placed an order on the 19/12/17. By 10/01/18 I was chasing Brathwait for an update on when the watch will arrive. It took Brathwait 10days to respond saying they will now send my order, but I said this was unacceptable as I had already been waiting for weeks and now they tell me it hasn't even been shipped despite getting a tracking email. I asked for a refund but this was only actioned when I raised a complaint through PayPal. This company should be avoided, poor customer service and you have to chase rather than they contact you first when there is a problem.

Brathwait have been ignoring my messages several times. I can't return watches for a refund before I have paid the duties upon arrival.
