I purchased a watch in November 2021 on Black Friday, not knowing the company did not have the watch they were advertising, but they let me buy it anyway. After a few months and no conversation initiated by the company, I asked where the watch was. The response was that they had no idea when a shipment would arrive, and offered 15% refund. I really wanted the watch, so I agreed ($20). I have contacted them again, asking for a full refund, but haven’t received any response. I’m wondering how they can keep selling watches they don’t have. The integrity of this company is in severe question.

Brathwait owe me £83.25. I ordered a watch for my wife which was going to be a gift for Christmas. The watch was delivered to the incorrect address by their delivery service. I have messages confirming this from Royal Mail. I have been pursuing a reasonable resolution to this for over a year. My emails are now ignored. This company has no intention of ever delivering me the goods that I have paid for. They are happy to bank my money and lose my custom. It was the third watch I had ordered from them.

Just like all the other 1 star reviews, these guys take your money and never send your product, nor answer to your emails to their support team. If they're having staffing issues or production issues as they claim, they should be transparent like most respectable retailers about these delays. It has been over a month and no response from the several support emails I've sent, and the returns section of their site is a dead URL—which they claim they're "working on transitioning". It doesn't take over 30 days to update one aspect of your website. I'm going to have to go through my bank to cancel the order since these guys are holding my payment hostage. Stay away from these guys at all costs. It's a shame because they used to make a great product and have awesome customer service. Oh how the mighty have fallen.

Scam site, they don't send your purchase and do not reply to emails or anything. EDIT: they have replied and offered the 4-6 week delivery, which it seems is a copy and paste job from all the other emails they send to people on here. The 5 star reviews are clearly paid for, with the reviewees only doing 1 ever review

I ordered a watch on November 26, 2021 as a Christmas gift for a family member. A few weeks went by and I was starting to worry that it would not be delivered by Christmas since I had not received a tracking number for delivery. I reached out to customer service through the support email and received a prompt response apologizing for the delay and reassurance that Stock would be replicated in a few weeks. I’ve inquired again in mid January and was told that delays continue but inventory would be arriving from overseas “within the month, tack on a week for warehouse turnaround and expect delivery by mid February”. By mid February, I inquired again. I was told I would receive a partial refund for my troubles but that I would receive the watch “soon”. It’s now March 26, 2022 and I still do not have the watch I purchased as a gift for Christmas, nor do I have any update. I’ve since received two different automated “tickets” from their customer support but they’ve stopped responding completely. Order 100055617. Ticket 24161345 & 32161754. I would like whoever monitors this to contact me. I’ve reached out to “ Support” (same email they’ve responded to previous reviews with) and it’s gotten me nowhere.

DO NOT BUY AWFUL customer service. Their refund policy states free returns and full refunds. I have tried to contact them over 10 times via email and have had a few half hearted responses but still not been sent a return form! Their returns website does not work. DO NOT get conned into buying from these guys thinking you can return. Pathetic. I have a brand new watch in their packaging awaiting return and full refund. In effect they have stolen my money.

Purchased two watches by express delivery on 15th December for my parents Christmas. The order didn't arrive and when I followed up, I was told there was a 6 week delay due to back orders and it was expected mid February. Well 3 months have passed and still no watches in sight! I've now attempted 3 times to contact them by email with no response or updates, which is concerning. The whole experience has been frustrating and disappointing, as I have bought 2 watches from this company previously and loved them, and had no issue with previous deliveries. I have no idea what's happening with them now but will little to no customer service and no recent communication with updates, I have to think the worst. I have requested a full refund today and I will now dispute the transaction with my bank.

I am almost positive Brathwait is creating 5 star reviews. This is the second time I have attempted to order a watch (unsuccessful both times). The first time, I waited six months without receiving anything from them. Kept receiving the blanket “4-6 weeks to restock” statement. Ultimately, I cancelled my order. About six months later, I attempted a second time since I thought things would be different… nope… I’ve waited two months with no updates. Horrible customer service and garbage company.
