The customer service was quite unsatisfactory and the business trustworthiness was uncertain! It was end of last Nov when I placed the order for a Swiss automatic watch for a total of about HKD4000. However, it was not delivered close to end of Feb. The order was confirm cancelled on early Mar and had promised to arrange full refund. After some enquiries I finally could have the refund two months later on early May.

It's hard to rate Brathwait a 2, but I have to. My first watch from them, the Quartz Minimalist has been a delight for 4 years now, as have the extra bands I ordered. But I ordered the Automatic Minimalist 7 months ago and only just received it yesterday. 7 months isn't even unacceptable - it's silly. A lot of this delay is from well before COVID hit. But I did get the watch, and I like it. However the watch band this came with is markedly lower quality than the one that came with my old watch and the extra one I got a year or so after purchasing it. They must have changed to a different manufacturer, and it shows rather poorly. It's quite a different type of band, and the photos on the website still show the older band, so it's a bit misleading. It's sad, because they really do make good watches, and I would have recommended them in a heartbeat before. But waiting 7 months for a watch and then getting a lower quality band is a bit too much. I waited so long I'm not even annoyed about it anymore, but I felt compelled to make this review and put my experience out there. Based on the watch and bands I got in 2016, I would rate them a 5.

Extremely disappointing experience. I would not recommend. Delivery of the watch took two and a half months, I thought the quality of the materials was surprisingly poor and so requested a refund, which is then took three months and persistent nagging. Pleased to receive it in the end given the situation but overall poor.

Ordered a new leather strap on 4th Sept. but kept being told there was a delay again and again after I email them. Now it's 16th Nov and I'm giving up and will ask for refund. It's a real shame because I bought a beautiful watch from them in 2017 with a surprisingly tough and durable glass front. They are obviously experiencing very serious issues of cash flow/ supply/ backlog etc. But they are shooting themselves in the foot by giving customers unrealistic time frames both in direct correspondence and on the website and thereby losing TRUST of the customer. If they were more transparent and honest we wouldn't have half of these complaints. Kevin Chan

After almost 2 year my 250-300 euro watch stopped working. Customer service can't help and tells to go to a local shop to get it repaired. Watch looks good but lacks quality.
