I love the watch styles; I own two of their watches. The bands are a different story and nothing to brag on. For the watches to be seen as classy, the bands are trash! Poor quality, cheaply made, and last very little time.

I made an order in 2022 and never received the delivery. The team corresponded via email stating there was a delay in parts and shipping delays which was clearly a lie. I foolishly made the same offer in May 2024, as it was exactly the style of watch I had been search for, and I am now in the same position however I have had no responses to any of me email contacts and they again have managed to acquire £300 from me. This company is a fraud and I would encourage all to avoid them and report to authorities if also a victim to their scam!

Hi My name is Ravneet Singh Grover and I ordered 2 watches on 31 December and 1st January order number 100057205 and 100057206 respectively. It has been more than 4 months I didn’t receive my watches and even I didn’t receive any reply for my emails sent to them. I have asked for refund but no reply till now. I have spend more than $400 and I got nothing neither the watches nor the money. Even the route app does not show any tracking details. I am fed up with this company

I paid for expedited shipping, it has been two weeks with no watch. I email every day with no response. there is no number to call. I should have read the reviews. Very disappointed.

Ordered Nov 2023 hoping to have in time for Christmas, multiple support email requesting an update. Received one in Dec 2023 saying delay may take 6-8 weeks. It is now April 2024 and still no assistance from their support. I was a return customer as I had no issue from my purchase in 2018, therefore I didn’t think to read reviews, but definitely wish I had of read the recent ones.

I ordered a watch in December 2023. Still not received. Paid for it. Have been trying to get info via support and sales department. No-one replies to emails. I had one response in early January where i was told i'd recieve a 10% refund owing to delays. I never got the refund.. still don't have the watch and am unable to get any reponse from their support dept.

I am currently trying to return a watch I received on December 30, 2023 however the order was placed on December 16. The watch was a gift and stopped working on January 2, 2024. I should have been within the 30 day return window however, I have made multiple requests to return the watch and customer service continues to dodge my requests and even suggested that I bring the watch to a repair shop to have the battery replaced. Save yourself the headache and don’t buy from Brathwait.

I ordered a watch back in October. I sent an email after not hearing anything after a few weeks, and eventually got a respond saying it was not in stock, but would be sent to me as soon as it was back with them. Late January I FINALLY received the watch. But of course they managed to send the watch in a different color than what I ordered. Unbelievably bad service and company. Don’t buy anything from them.
