Bought my watch 3 weeks ago, company hasn't replied to a single email of mine, product never arrived. Reporting them as fraud to my credit card company. DO NOT BUY FROM THESE THIEVES

I need my money back. Still waiting for it having made several requests over a long period of time. Ordered watches in November 2022! Arrange this ASAP otherwise I shall escalate the matter. #76638886

Placed an order for a replacement watch strap in September 2022 (order #100056329 if someone could help me). Still have not received it. Corresponded with their "customer service," who had late replies with the same boilerplate excuses others have received. It's a shame, because I have two of their watches that I love. The product is great. Don't know what happened, but they're clearly struggling and not being honest with customers, new or old, about what's going on.

I have been stuck in limbo after placing an order for this watch back in April. After numerous requests for a refund, I have received no responses from the Support email provided by the company. Will likely go through my credit card company to request a refund.

Watch and straps ordered in November 2022, still waiting on delivery. Support was responsive at first, but no communication from their side since early May (we are now end of July). Not sure if it's a scam or they are genuinely out of stock, but the silence from support is pushing me to advise to not buy from this company.

Absolute scam of a company. Ordered in July 2022 and first got correspondence about supply chain issues (which I could accept in Aug/Sept 2022 but not a year later!). That has turned into zero responses to my numerous emails and instagram messages. Do not have my product or a refund which I have been asking for all year. DO NOT BUY FROM THEM! Even their replies on here a the generic rubbish I was first told before them going silent. So utterly disappointed with the company. I have previously use Braithwaite and was very pleased with order and service,however i ordered a 21st birthday watch for my son in Aug 2022 and i am still awaiting the order to be fulfilled. After initial emails to explain difficulty with supplier from Rona at support team( i was willing to wait to get the watch my son wanted) i am now receiving no updates . I would expect better service from this company that i trusted and will keep you updated with my progress. Update 29/8/2023 That's now over a year awaiting order,to say i am disappointed that my trust has been abused is a understatement and will never use Braithwaite again.
