Ordered a $280 watch in April
Ordered a $280 watch in April, it's now October and it's never arrived, I've opened multiple tickets with their "Online Only" support team (five total), and have heard absolutely nothing. Guess I just need to come to terms with the fact that this is a scam company (though I have received a different watch from them around 7 years ago and loved it). DO NOT BUY FROM BRATHWAIT, THEY WILL STEAL YOUR MONEY. EDIT: I see that Brathwait replied, but they still haven't responded to my numerous support tickets, my instagram message to their business profile, and I had PayPal reach out to them too to try to get either the money back from the purchase or to remediate the situation. Just because they've responded here doesn't mean that they respect their clients in truth.

I lost my money
I placed an online order for a bracelet but it was never shipped. Shortly after placing the order, the support service stopped responding to me, despite the fact that I sent several emails asking first for clarification and then for a refund of my money. I was never refunded. Edit: I contacted again the customer support, as "kindly" suggested in their reply. After 2 weeks I have had no feedback. Again.

Ordered my second watch 3 weeks…
Ordered my second watch 3 weeks ago. I have chased them over email, instagram and facebook several times and not one reply. This is my second order with them, I loved my first watch but it was stolen recently. Now they have taken my money and run please update me or refund!

Customer Service Severely Deteriorated
Customer Service Severely Deteriorated I reached out to Brathwait this past July 8th to cancel my order that was placed April 14th, 2022 as I no longer need the order. Until now there is no response to cancel Order 100055995.

Ordered watch for my Sis’ 40th Birthday on 10th June. Her birthday was 12th August. In that time I’ve emailed customer services twice and have only benefitted from an automated email telling me nothing of use. Really disappointed as I have bought a number of watches over the years for me and family members. The only one missing was my sister, and that still remains the case. You have my money, you have my watch. If I don’t get the watch asap, I want my money back.

I have purchased Brathwaite watches in…
I have purchased Brathwaite watches in the past, and been very happy with the product and service. however, I ordered a new strap about four or five months ago and have yet to see it. they seem to have money to advertise and keep a strong web presence, but no product to sell. I don’t know what happened to this company they seem happy to take your money but don’t deliver.

I’ve ordered a watch strap with them…
I’ve ordered a watch strap with them back in May, but I have still had no more information on its whereabouts. I have received plenty of marketing emails which I’m sure they’re pumping money into which come almost daily from Brathwait, but no one can respond to my customer emails, it’s insane and seems you have just gone bust without informing your customers. I have written 3 times but with 1 reply that says you are backlogged with orders and staff. I also wanted to order another watch strap but have gone off the idea. I have been a loyal customer and actually have 3 watches from them. Please can you respond with an update and what you can do for me, Philip

My order number is 100056739. I ordered my in-stock watch on April 1st, 2023, and I still have not received my watch. I was told 4-6 weeks, and it's on August 4th, 2023. They refunded me for the hassle, but I have received no updates on a realistic timeline or any response from customer service. Is the company going under? There is also no way to contact someone over the phone or via social media. Can I get a full refund, please? Thank you, Frank
