Our vacation was much needed and the process of BookVIP.com was right on! The staff at Patton Sandcastle South Beach were awesome especially Brianna.....That was the first time we used your site and have to say we will be using it again and will recommend as well.

My initial review was not a good one because I had poor customer service on my first communication. However after speaking with one of the owners through email and he unturned having one of his supervisors contact me I am one happy customer. I booked a great vacation for me and my son and I'll be sure to do a video review when we leave the resort. I would recomended using bookvip. However it is much easier to choose a resort from the site and then call to make your reservations.

We just vacationed with bookvip and had an amazing experience. Wonderful resort, great people and attention to detail. Would definitely recommend this for anyone!

We booked our vacation to Sandos Finisterra in Cabo through bookvip.com. The deal was too good to be true but it all worked out in the end. Bookvip booked us to the wrong resort first, then when contacted corrected it. Not all dates were available but we were ok with later dates (just out of season). The whole deal with sitting through a timeshare presentation etc. was not exactly clear right away but was clear if you read the small print and listened to the person on the phone. The resort was not very happy that we booked through bookvip (they don't use marketing companies anymore) but they honored our stay and all that was promised. All in all it was a pleasant enough experience - as they say, you don't get something for nothing - was not like booking a trip through a travel agent but if you pay attention, ask questions, are flexible and expect the unexpected you end up having a great deal. Sandos Finisterra is a great place and for some would be a good idea to join their program - not for us at this point in our lives.

I saw a advertisement on Facebook showing a good deal and made a reservation on web site, providing credit card information. After all, the site said I need to call there for confirmation. I called them, and they asked me age, job category and title, and the company I work for, annual income, etc. Getting all those information, they asked me to wait until they contact their inventory manager for the availability of the room. Guess what. No room left! Ha! They should be able to know this at the beginning before asking all those questions.. Wow, I can't imagine what kind of company this is. Can they earn money by getting such information? > adding response to the response from the site. They are saying that their items are so good that they can be our of stock during the questioning process. My question simply is why can't they check and hold a booking for a while during the questioning process. That will save their time and clients'.
