A HUGE Problem........ Liars...... BE CAREFUL BEWARE!!!

I contacted them more than 60 days from my travel dates, I spoke with "Lex" Like Lexus ( his direct quote), he quoted me a price for 5 days and 6 nights for 2 adults and 4 children. I ask for him to go over "All" cost with me, he explained I would have other cost etc when I checked into the resort. Glad I ask because he was not going to tell me any of this. I ask if the price includes all transfers, to and from airport, it did NOT. Again glad I ask this as well. Well now the fun begins, I told LEX I wanted to check airline prices and would be back in touch. I called and left 2 more messages for LEX, no call backs. On my third attempt to reach him I hit ZERO and ask to have him located. They did, I said I left you two messages, you have not called me back, he said I get busy and can't always call people back. LOL I said ok are we still good for the dates and the resort we spoke of yesterday, oh yes MR MICHAEL he called me, have you gotten your airline tickets, I said well I am just about ready to buy them but want to make sure the room is available and the price is still good, oh yes MR MICHAEL, so I , on my computer purchased 3000.00 worth of Airfare, he than transferred me to a reservation agent, I spent 40 minutes on hold and back an forth with her, all to be told my room WAS NOT AVAILABLE THOSE DATES!!!! I ask for LEX again, he got back on and said I never gave him the dates so he never knew if they were available, I said LEX we talk about this, i was very very clear. He said he can get me another room, tried to increase my price he quoted me for a lessor room, lol. I said really. Being that I was stuck with 3000.00 worth of tickets I said ok get me a room, so he gets me a new room. I ask did you call to confirm we are all good? YES MR MICHAEL LEX said. So we are 100% good? Yes Mr Michael. So the next day I get an email to call and confirm my reservations............ Guess What? YUP NOT AVAILABLE. So I am stuck with 3000.00 worth of tickets, I can cancel them and pay a fee all because of them. Oh yea, I have been waiting all day long for them to call me and get me a room, no calls, when I call and ask for the manager I am told they are in meetings, or conference calls etc. Again BEWARE........ BECAREFUL....... this company is a big joke. They have ruined my daughters senior spring break.

The resort's set forth the eligibility requirements not BookVIP. Complete scam!
They show you 4 star reviews of a hotel, but be sure to read the real reviews on Yelp and Google! Yes, 1.5 star reviews, nasty hotel! We cancelled and ate $250. Not worth a crappy vacation to me.

Otherwise, your vacation package would be put on an Open-Dated basis, and you would have 12-months from your purchase dates to use your $250 credit towards any BookVIP vacation package for which you are qualified. Book VIP is a SHAM!
BookVIP.Com first offers you a great "deal". Once they get your money, they demand answers to personal questions. They demand divorce documents and income verification. They require you to sign an affidavit that you don't know any other guests at the hotel. But even when you meet all of their privacy invading demands, if they feel they won't sell you a time share, they invent a reason to retract their offer. In my case, they said they "feel like I know another guest at the hotel, and therefore I don't qualify". They tell me it will take up to 8 weeks to get my refund. Not exactly the relaxing atmosphere I was hoping for on my vacation.

The resort partner is paying the 70% discount on your behalf when you meet the qualifications they set forth for these promotions. All qualifications, as well as any additional resort fees, taxes, and/or deposits which may be required by any particular resort are reviewed with each guest during the sales call - and are clearly stated, in writing, on the Terms and Conditions, which must be reviewed, agreed to, and accepted by all guests before the reservation can be finalized and forwarded to the resort. In addition, the Terms and Conditions governing every promotional package are located at the bottom of each resort offering page and are easy to read and understand. Stay away from BookVip! First take the money, then ask a bunch of personal questions about income, job, marital status and others and after that tells you that is mandatory to attend a time share presentation which pretty much ruin your whole vacation. All-inclusive does not include all and extra payments needs to be done at resort. Waiting for confirmation, makes you call them to see what’s happen and either you pay for something overbooked or for another resort far from what you were expecting. Your reservation dates might change and you need to pay flight changes fees or even to lose those tickets. Even worse (my case) they might cancel your reservation for whatever stupid reason if you don’t end up to be a good time share candidate. Of course they don’t care that flight was more than reservation and is your loss. They cancel mine for reason of “not speaking English fluent”. Believe me I speak perfect and reason was discriminatory anyway. Glad I didn’t went with them, giving me time to read more reviews. Now is my turn to worn others to stay away.

Scam!
Recently was trying to book a vacation via this web site and they said my vacation is booked and everything is fine. And that's it. No final confirmations, etc. I tried to call them multiple times and they kept telling me that everything is fine - resort just delaying welcome call. But after 2 months during one of the calls I was told my resort is sold-out for those dates! I repeat - nobody called me and I had to call them to find out this. They proposed to move my vacation to some other dates or choose another resort. Since it's been 2 months already obviously all resorts were busy already, so I had to move my dates. I asked them to make sure this will not happen again. Lady on that end told me she called resort and verified with them that dates are available and this situation will not happen again. Guess what? After numerous calls I tried to make and understand why I don't receive final confirmation - they tell me that my resort is sold out for these dates!!! So it is 2 week away from my planned vacation dates and obviously I cannot book anything even for the full price, so I have to cancel it completely. I tried to ask for a supervisor, but every single representative kept telling me that he is on his lunch.. Every time I call.. This guys is a really big eater... So if you don't want to waste your time, nerves, money and vacation - just don't even think yo use this web site

Because of the high demand for these amazingly affordable vacation packages, every once in awhile, the participating resort discovers that reservations have exceeded the allotment.
