A great family friendly place to relax and enjoy. I love the fact that they caterer to the children. they offered movies every night, crafts every night, a great breakfast with plenty to chose from, fresh baked cookies at the door and a wonderful atmosphere! I defiantly did not feel like i was STUCK in my room. I will defiantly be going back!

We were treated as though we were a part of the family. Very open conversation with everyone we talked to. Straight forward answers about our questions and concerns. Thanks guys for helping us to have the most phenominal 25th wedding anniversary we could have hoped for.

The Sandos in Los Cabos was an amazing experience. We had a lovely time and enjoyed all the great restaurants and shows. The staff was courteous and helpful and the bartenders were great! We would definitely go again. Highly Reccomend.

I bought a vacation package for my husband and I for valentines day. When I called to book the dates they told me that I was not old enough to book through them. I am 28 and my husband of 6 years is 29. There is also a minimum income requirement to book through this company. PLUS you cannot be a full-time student. I am a graduate student getting my masters in nursing, which is something I am very proud of, but to them, I am just a partier because I am in school. I found my dealings with the agents to be very rude and their attitude to be very flippant. It was almost as if they did not even want to talk to me because I was "underage" and unqualified. Now I have to go tell my husband that we can no longer go on this vacation after it was a gift. I am VERY unimpressed.

We enjoyed sitting by the pool, going down the whale slide and of course lounging on the beach. The staff couldn't be for friendly.
