My husband and I booked 5 nights, 6 days at Villa del Palmar in Cabo San Lucas, Mexico through bookvip.com and we had an amazing time. OUr favorite trip we have taken together by far. The resort is beautiful and clean. While it isn't the newest resort, it is still very nice. The staff is unbeatable. Sunny always greeted us with a smile at breakfast. Our concierge, Laura, was super sweet and informative. The views of the water and Arch are breathtaking. You cannot beat the view. The waves and the current are very strong. Not ideal for children to play in. My husband did manage to get in several times as did others. The timeshare presentation we did in order to get the special rate did run about two hours rather than ninety minutes. We talked to some who were there for three. It is not fun, but you do get to see the entire resort and the one next door which is nice. They can be pretty pushy at the end though. Would not deter us from doing it again. The food was DELICIOUS. Not one complaint there. We could not have asked for a bettter week. Cannnot wait to go back.

I found an add on Facebook called BookVip & I decided to call to see if it was legit. IT WAS! !I mean all they asked for was 90 minutes of your time when you get to the resort. The resort was beautiful and the stafff was excellent. I would recommend using BookVip to anyone!

I booked a vacation to Cancun with Book VIP. I Never received a confirmation number for the hotel. After numerous calls telling me that they would be calling me, I canceled my reservation. I have yet to still receive my refund. I have called numerous times and am assured that my reservation has been canceled and that my money will be refunded, I still do not have back my money!!! I ended up booking my vacation with another travel company and have had nothing but an execellent experience, unlike at Book VIP. This place is a scam, be warned they will take your money and you will get nothing but a headache and hassle!!

I am single and know most of these are for couples. But I was told at times there are single packages. We'll I have been sending messages to find out and for someone to answer. But no answers or replies. Now to find out that they have blocked me on Facebook or kept me from sending messages. To me a company shouldn't do a can be customer like that. You are supposed to be able ask questions. But no worries I want be sending messages any more. At least someone could have replied to my comments I sent and questions.

It was my first time using bookvip. Everything was perfect. I got to stay in a 4 star resort with a very very affordable price. Orlando Festiva resort was awesome. I definitely will go back there again!!!

I don't normally accuse of intentional misleading, but when 4 different persons at a company tell you "X" but then do "Y", the chances of all 4 people making the same "innocent mistake" are so slim that I believe BookVip intentionally deceived us by having us pay for (and supposedly book) a better, larger room, but then actually provide us with a lesser one and refuse to even discuss the problem. (Because of our situation, with young children, our room set-up and size matters more.) You call there and talk to "robots" reading off a script in broken English. Horrible. I've filed a BBB complaint, and I have audio recordings which confirm what they did. They made zero effort to correct the situation after I brought it to their attention - literally appeared to either not listen at all or not care at all, it was bizarrely awful.

Unfortunately, I did not do that. That is not their fault. However, I am extremely disappointed in their policy. On the call back from booking what I thought was going to be a great little getaway for our anniversary, I was told I did not qualify. I met every single one of their terms and conditions except for annual income. I only wanted to rent a room, not buy a timeshare or whatever it is they were offering. Even if I did meet the annual income policy, I would not have wanted to endure a 90 minute sales pitch or a tour of the facility. I just wanted to go away for a few days with my husband. So VERY, very disappointed.
