We booked 4 nights at Margaritaville Orlando for $363. With $200 credit given after the timeshare talk. All that was on the up and up. Good deal. The bad part was, we had to stop 4 miles away at a Wyndham to pick up our “Welcome packet” before Margaritaville. At that time we found out that the next day’s presentation wasn’t at Margaritaville but 12 miles away at Kingstown. After presentation that day we had to drive back to Wyndham to pick up our $200 credit card. There wasn’t any pressure to buy but nowhere was it mentioned that the presentation wasn’t at Margaritaville. What a pain. Put me in a bad mood for presentation.

The resort is a bit dated. Our room had several things wrong and it smelled liked an old wet mildew mop. After, several complaints we were moved to a smaller but much better room. We loved Cabo, Everyone must go see with your own eyes The staff was outstanding. The food was great. We enjoyed the live night shows.

Had a great time! We actually bought thirty weeks of the vacation package with Sandos. The people were friendly and the resort was beautiful. Not pushy and very understanding with clients that booked with Bookvip. They seem to have a lot of angry customer from this company because of the misleading rooms they are advertising on their webpage. I was also a victim of this. The rooms Bookvip is advertising seems to be the rooms the resort provides to the members of the resort, not potential members. Once we became members we were then given the upgrades. "Things aren't always what they seem" Everything else was as advertised. Food, drink, atmosphere...etc. The room they will provide is nice as well. Not a bad place at the whole resort. Besides who really spends time in the rooms while you're in CABO!

Some folks were very helpful, but some didn't know the business.

First off, This company seems to be legal. But please, when making businesses make sure everything is clear and concise to customers. You guys Must post the restrictions/agreement/rules of each single resort before customer book. I was trying to book few days ago, but I got mad due to hidden restrictions. They told me, I must be at least 30 and I must be married to do so. I had to prove my income, and cannot go with my guest if she's not married. WHY NOT MENTIONING THIS FACTS ON THE PAGE, SO WE'LL BE AWARE PRIOR BOOKING OR ENTERING OUR CREDIT/DEBIT CARD INFORMATIONS. Guys be more clear.

Issue resolved, full refund made and offer for discount on next trip. Thanks for addressing the issue. 1-31-17 Update. BookVIP says they will refund my $620 if i remove this posting. Will advise when refund is received. 1-31-17 Update. BookVIP owner sent me an email indicating the refund was processed. I changed the posting from 1 star to 3 stars, as clearly there has been friction. I do appreciate BooVIP eventually providing the refund and offering to give me a reduced cost for my next trip. I wish companies in the service industry would provide lower levels of customer service agents to perform duties that is intended to meet the customer's needs so these type of disputes do not have to occur. Hopefully BookVIP can update their terms and conditions to allow for the circumstance that I experienced.
