Dreams Sands Cancun was such a beautiful place to stay. From the moment we walked in, we were treated like royalty. The employees are always smiling and eager to serve up unlimited luxury. The beach right in front is a little rocky but you can easily avoid the rocks and experience perfect white sand and turquoise water. You are right across the street from shopping and very close to the action. Or, take a bus downtown for a dollar per person. This is a must-stay resort in Cancun.

Read the fine print, follow the directions. It's simple, but many don't want to do that then blame the company for their laziness. We had no issues from start to finish. Everything about the price was spelled out, and we followed the directions. We had a blast, the resort was perfect in EVERY way. The resort staff were friendly and extremely accommodating and usually spoke more than 3 languages. If I had to find something to gripe about, BookVIP could use some better linguists on the call team, their English wasn't great.

We have nothing but good to say about the service we received.

This was one of the best trips my boyfriend and I have taken. I'm so glad we found bookvip and were able to go to Los Cabos which we were so anxiously wanting to go. We will definitely go back and would wholeheartedly recommend Bookvip.com to all of our friends and family.

Beautiful excellent service great food staff

This place was phenomenal! Adults only, literally no kids in the pool or in the restaurants. Great choices for restaurants with every type of food available. The entertainment was amazing and the resort activities were fun. We ventured off the resort for two activities which were well worth the money. I will go back again.

Springmaid Beach Resort was wonderful! I stayed in a standard hotel room which was newly renovated spacious, clean and comfortable. Sitting on the balcony over the ocean was refreshing. The bar/grill on the pier was quite accommodating after a stimulating walk on the pier. The covered parking was super convenient; no need for umbrellas or to get wet on rainy days. Elevators to your room were available from covered parking area. Options were also available to swim indoors, exercise, and go to the Marlin Restaurant. I would recommend Springmaid Beach Resort to anyone.
