I am very pleased with my subscription. It’s easy to put on hold if I don’t want the box. I also like the variety of sweet and savory, and I am extra happy for having the Hello Kitty version. Ships fast to Norway

Many foods ordered were near expiry. One wasn't expired but was full of mold, which they tried to blame on us despite the package not being opened for the month we had it before opening it to use. Just abysmal customer service, and the food was all bland and just disappointing compared with what we can find at local markets. Even the bokksu exclusives which seemed fancy and neat were just total flops (earl gray candy just tasted like sugar and cream. maple tea had no flavor). All around disappointing.

My understanding was that I was to do a 1 month trial of a box. Not happy with the box and decided not to purchase more. I was charged on my CC again and a box is in shipment. Bokksu has ignored every email from me and there is no way to contact them. The bank is going to stop the charge. They have a D- at BBB so beware.

Bokksu is way too expensiv and it will catch you with there auto-renewed. If you deactivated too eary you will get nothing. If you deactivated too soon you pay for it! Everything what inside the box is not even 10 or 15 $/ € worth.

I never had a big problem when ordering on th bokksu app. I never got the subscription though. All I did was order and it was mostly good. It got here fast every time I ordered. I never ordered from the website. Only the app. I put the date of the first time I ordered. Also the steak lays chips are the same as in the chips in the U.S.. In the bag it is mostly air. But it was good.

Be careful- they do not tell you when your subscription is being renewed. I found customer service to be very poor and not understanding.

Bought this as a birthday present, then it auto-renewed 1 month later and within 1 hour, I cancelled my subscription and reached out to support for a refund. The agent was very passive aggressive and demeaning in pointing out how obvious the recurring feature was, then proceeded to tell me how to re-subscribe in the future! They declined to refund, saying it has already been shipped out (within 1 hour??). Absolutely disgraceful, predatory practices even if their product is good, their business and support is abysmal...
