I highly recommend Bokksu to anyone who enjoys unique, delicious treats. The shipping to my home in the US was seamless. I received tracking updates, and the items arrived on time and in perfect condition. Each snack tasted absolutely delicious, and all the items were presented in upscale boxes and packaging. I cannot say enough great things about my experience and purchase, and I’ve already placed a second order! Bravo and thank you to the folks at Bokksu, I will be a lifelong customer.

I've purchased 2 Advent Calendars and a Mystery box and now I'm a subscriber. The Mystery box was full of really nice and interesting treats and today I've opened the first item from the calendar to find a really nice matcha gummy candy! The order came in about 3 weeks time which is great given the distance.

I subscribed for their monthly box on november 1st. By december 1st the first box hasn't arrived but they still charged me for the second one. That's just a poor way of conducting business Edit: It's December 16. Still haven't received their first box (6 weeks). I contacted their support to ask why did they charge me for another box. They said that the first box is in customs and that they can't do anything. That didn't answer my question though.

This company recently bought out a competitor, Japan Crate, and shut down most of that competitor's crates. I had prepaid for one of the discontinued crates, and their website FAQ gave me the option of receiving the last 7 crates I had in one big package. When I try to go for this option, their customer service team says "oh, we can't do that because that crate has been discontinued" while their FAQ continues to say that this is still an available option. Beware of starting a subscription with Bokksu, because if they're making promises to customers that they're not able to keep now, there's a chance it will happen again in the future with you.

The list price is just too expensive. Comparable to spending roughly on a tiny package of rice crackers and an additional amount on a few slices of plain cake. it seems not to be worth it. It's comparable to paying for a package of refreshments at a conference that you would often receive for free.
