I am in LOVE with Bokksu. It’s such a fun experience to try all the snacks and read about them. I switched to a year subscription because am so obsessed. I have never had an issue with shipping and I would recommend to everyone I know!

Product is decent but shipping is absolutely unacceptable. Box has shipped on Jan. 14th and it is now Feb. 15th. The box has still not arrived and no updates from bokksu. Bought it as a gift. Do not buy as a gift if you expect it to be delivered consistently or promptly.

We have received two boxes out of our three month subscription so far and absolutely love it! The quality is top notch and everything has been delicious. The booklet that comes with each box is fun and helps us understand what everything is. There are some items my husband liked so much that he placed an order for more of them.

This was an outstanding gift. Beautifully packaged with a lovely brochure detailing ingredients, flavor profiles, and region of Japan for each snack. Everything I shared with my boyfriend was delicious, and I’m ready to make a trip!

They ship a package via UPS and the driver left the package on the sidewalk on a busy street in Chicago. When I got home, it was gone. I took a screenshot of my front door camera because I knew chances of the package still being there when I get home are pretty slim. So I notified Bokksu as such for them to file a claim with UPS and I am willing to accept a replacement or refund. Instead, their customer “service” wrote me this: “ Thank you for reaching out. Usually, UPS leaves the package when no one answers the door, can we ask if you were able to retrieve your package? We ask that you contact your local post office first and then contact us again so we can proceed with the next steps! Please don't hesitate to reach out to us again, and we'll be happy to assist you further.” First of all, UPS usually leave me a notice letting me know the package was rerouted to a nearby UPS location for pick up. Except that this driver thinks it’s okay to leave it on a busy sidewalk. Then she wants me to retrieve the package?! In Chicago?!!! How? That’s a dumb question. If I could retrieve it, wouldn’t I have done that already?!!! Then she wants me to contact the local post office?!!! You ship UPS. What are you even talking about?!!! If she wants to try to call the local post office for a package she shipped via UPS, she can try. She’s the shipper. I asked for a refund. My advice is not to shop with them. Their customer service team is non existent. Basically I am told to look for my own missing package left on a sidewalk in the city of Chicago. And try to call post office for a missing UPS package.

I ordered it before the holidays for a New Year’s party. I ordered on Dec. 18-it shipped from Japan on December 22 and has been stuck in Los Angeles since the 26th. (I live in San Francisco-not like it has that far to go!) Not good for something that is timely (holiday themed) and also containing perishables. I have family in Japan and they regularly ship packages to us in the US-it never takes this long. I will not order from this company again.

Imod forventning, utrolig nem og gennemskuelig hjemmeside. Kvalitet produkter. Nemt at styre abonnent, selv om det er fra Japan/Kina.
