Bokksu has been a part of my life for several years now and they always have fresh, delicious snacks. If there is ever anything wrong, they will make it right. They are responsive if you message support and they have a wonderful friendly community.
If you haven’t checked them out, I highly recommend them.

A Taste of Japan with Every Box… & More!!!
I've been with Bokksu since early 2021, and it's been without fail a delight. Since then, it's been more than just a morale-boost to my loved-ones' moods during the global lockdowns. The snacks are always a great mix of modern favorites, traditional classics, and modern innovations with a traditional twist. It's a great way to discover new, exciting snacks!
Looking at the listing of past months' themes since 2021, I can only recall 1 month with an issue (a shortage in April 2024), but that was quickly resolved with a replacement-box from its sister-company Japan Crate, which was also quite good. On Support, there's the usual method contacting & the "Questions about Your Box"-section in the Community forum, though I've thankfully not had to use them. Still, Community has been a great place to meet, make friends with, and hang-out with fellow enjoyers of Japanese culture & snacks.
So, overall a great experience. I highly recommend Bokksu, and hope many, many more enjoy it as well!

So I tried to cancel on the last day…
So I tried to cancel on the last day before auto renewal. What happens is they start a new order so when you try to retrieve your old order it says you owe 0. The problem is they make cancellation on the website almost impossible to figure out.
The product is fine, the business model awful.
Would not recommend a subscription!

I absolutely love Bokksu
I absolutely love Bokksu! The monthly subscription box is always exciting to get and I love how it's always a different theme. I also love ordering from the boutique, there are so many things to choose from and stuff that's not snacks too! I always have a great experience and their customer service is top notch. Definitely recommend!!

Great snacks and company
I've enjoyed Bokksu snacks for several years. Each month is a new and exciting experience, and with the culture guide, I learn more about Japanese foods and culture. I like that the subscription box snacks are also available to purchase from the Boutique shop whenever I find a new favorite snack. I've ordered from Bokksu Boutique and Bokksu Market many times, and the shipping is always fast and the items are packed with care. Bokksu has also proven incredible dedication and respect for the customer experience—the customer service team is friendly and fast, and they take feedback seriously. The customer service team was quick to update my subscription when I needed help to do so. When I had a shipping issue with an order, they kept me up-to-date as they were tracking it. I cannot say enough good things about my experience with Bokksu.

Every month I look forward to my box of unique snacks!
I absolutely love the Bokksu snack subscription. I have been getting their treat boxes since 2018 and I am never disappointed. The most recent box was Kyushu themed and had delicious snacks like a mango filled cookie that looked like an egg.I especially like the variety and the quality of the snacks. I used to subscribe to a different Japanese snack box and after time the snacks became repetitive and were basically just not too exciting. Bokksu snacks have more of an artisan/family run store vibe. Anytime that I have ever needed to contact customer support (like for a box that didn't arrive), they have been helpful and resolved my issue.
I also like that you can sometimes get more of the snacks through the Bokksu Boutique.
