I’ve ordered box from valentines collection. I received my parcel on the date as they mentioned. It was very amazing. I love to buy products from this company.

Awful. I ordered 1st of December, nothing ever arrived. I've had no updates, tracking or proper communication, and just today they've taken more money out of my account for a second box - I'm sure I'll never see this one either. Trying to get help from them is lackluster and infuriating. Money is tight enough as it is at the moment, please save your cash and your worries for something else. DO NOT BUY FROM THIS COMPANY.

Ordered and received as promised. However I'm looking at some of the packages eg strawberry bubble tea and looking fir urs expiration date. On side of pack on a sticker 29-08-06. Not sure is it the production date or expiration date but in any case it would be worrying if this is the standard of product. The best before in many languages is on back of pack but no date adjacent. Not at all confident with product.

Places my order on 12/18 and it had not shipped 10 days later. Contacted customer service and they basically said you’ll get it when you get it. It was supposed to be a Christmas gift.
Response from Bokksu Snack BoxJan 2, 2025
Hello Laurie, Thank you for sharing your feedback with us. We are truly sorry to hear about the delay in your order and the disappointing support you received when reaching out. We completely understand how frustrating it must have been, especially since it was meant to be a Christmas gift. During the holiday season, we experienced a significant surge in orders, which unfortunately caused delays in fulfillment beyond what we typically aim for. This is not the level of service we strive to provide, and we sincerely regret that we let you down during such an important time. Your feedback is incredibly important, and we’re taking steps to improve how we handle communication and fulfillment during busy periods. Thank you for giving us a chance, and we hope we can make it up to you in the future. If there’s anything else we can do for you, please don’t hesitate to let us know.

December 30th update: We received the package today. The only updated shipping information was that it was out for delivery, and then it was here. It is beautiful, and my daughter loves it! Ultimately, the shipping time was not too bad. I just wish there had been updates and communication, so I did not have to stress about it being a possible scam. We subscribed for the year, so I hope that it was just a holiday issue. Again, the box, snacks, and brochures are stunning! Original post (1 star): We did not order as early as some who have posted that they did not receive their orders, but ours has been in "pre-transit" for over a week. We received the notice that the order had "shipped," but obviously that is not true. I am concerned that this is a scam. I would not order from this company.

I ordered an advent calendar as a gift for my sister in law. It was the first gift of the year I ordered back in early November. It never came and when I found out I was helped.
