Scan to checkout promoted at the store. I scanned my items and checked out on the app, only to have the staff at the exit rescan every item. She said it was “just in case.” Will not use that again - waste of time.

Stepped up to the deli counter and the female there never a knolwledged my presence. She pretended to clean until I asked if the deli was closed. Without turning around, she scowled I will be with you in a minute. When she did turn around, she she never asked what I wanted. She gave me the most hateful look, I was afraid to order for fear of what she might do to my food. I continued to the front of the club to ask for a manger, who never showed up. I spoke to a young man who approached to find out what I had to say. After hearing my complaint, he offered a gift card. I declined and left the store still very upset and shaken to learn that this person has prior complaints. Not shocked, but I will not excuse racist behavior for a gift card of any amount. I will not renew my membership at the end of the year and will not shop st the Belair Rd location as long as she works there.

I had placed a large deli order for July 25th. When I went to pick up the order, it had been misread, and there was only 1 platter out of 4 ready. The team at the deli worked quickly and efficiently to fix the error. Sometimes, things happen. I really appreciate that they had my order finished in a timely manner and with smiles! I wish I had gotten their names. They were great!

BJs debited my checking account for membership renewal fees without prior notice or permission, and my current membership has not yet expired. I called to advise their Customer Service Department that I canceled my membership and wanted an immediate refund to my checking account but was told that they don't see the fees on their end - which is outrageous. I am living on a very limited income and I cannot wait "days or weeks" to have this matter resolved. Their overseas call center is horrible. They offer no solution, and, infuriatingly, reply with scripted responses. One of their so-called Supervisors also lied when he told me that they don't have the number for their corporate headquarters. I was able to find it by simply Googling it. Now, when I spoke to the receptionist at their HQ, I was told that he had to transfer me to the Customer Relations Department so I can leave a message and someone will get back to me in (3) days or so. This is not acceptable! We are living in the 21st Century. I need my money to be reimbursed immediately! Do not allow this company to have direct access to your accounts. I will never purchase anything from BJs in the future. I will go to COSTCO instead.

I am a bjs member 40 years now . 40 years is a long time . I was so happy finally they put ribs in a package cooked . That was 9 days ago . People have been asking for it - I was happy they finally it . Today 9 days later it is not available- do not know when - finally they have it - don’t stop it . Also coffee I was buying today expires in 2 weeks . I always look at expiration dates & I will not spend $50 on coffee that will expire in 2 weeks . Today I was disappointed in the club - please don’t go downhill .

I like shopping at BJ'S been for years, so I figured I would try the website to order my stuff, whoever created that website should be taken outback and buried, you really should get a better company to work your website, I had no problem useing Walmarts right across the street on memorial drive in Chicopee ma, because of your website after this month you are losing this customer. Smarten up

BJ's sends junk mail to my address for "John Doe." There is no one with that name here. Their website says to email them to stop mailings. I did, explaining that the person is not at the address. Their customer service team responded with "Hi John, ..." (I already said I'm not John) and said to fill out a form where you have to say that you are the person or their "authorized agent." I am neither of those, as I had already told them. I explained again. They sent the same reply. I explained a third time. They sent a reply saying, "Hi John... [I'm still not John]... I request you to please tell to other person to fill out the below form." The person I already told you I don't know? Really? Don't expect competent service from this company.

We were solid BJ's members until their in-store sales partner, Renuity Operations, pressured us into a hurricane door quote, with promised discounts written into the contract that never appeared on the final contract. Customer service was a maze designed to send us back into the store with no resolution, and the store manager — to her credit — was just as frustrated with Renuity as we were. We canceled and left. When we tried to rejoin months later, paying full price with no discount requested, a rude employee refused, accusing us of gaming the system — then their own Member Care line told us conflicting things in the same call: a 365-day ban, followed by "actually you can join today with a different email." After being burned by their own vetted partner, getting jerked around on the membership we're trying to pay for is a special kind of insult.
