I had a very disappointing experience with BJ’s Travel and Dollar Rent A Car. I was unable to receive my rental vehicle because I only had a digital copy of my driver’s license and did not have the physical card with me. I understand that rental companies may have identification requirements, but this situation was extremely frustrating and negatively affected my travel plans. I expected better assistance and clearer communication regarding the documentation required to pick up the vehicle. The experience left me dissatisfied, and I wish this requirement had been made clearer before I arrived to pick up the car. Customers deserve to know these requirements in advance so they can avoid unnecessary stress, wasted time, and travel disruptions. Based on this experience, I would be very hesitant to book through BJ’s Travel or rent from Dollar Rent A Car again. I hope both companies take this feedback seriously and do a better job communicating their requirements to customers before a reservation is made.

Trouble cancelling an order online after getting virtual feedback. (Bev) I originally order 2 items online.. however upon learning the order can be picked up later I personally went to the store and bought the items. I was assured the order would cancel and I would be refunded if i didnt pick up the order.. however i noticed online tgere may be a 3.99 stocking fee for non picked up ordered. So I tried canceling online and it wouldnt let me do that. Waited forever for a customer service rep online and by phone. Letting my membership expire and not renewing.

Ordered few items for in club pick up and applied digital coupon. After order was placed got informed that the items are sold out in the club I chose for order pick up. Try to reorder from to pick up in different location but coupon is gone. Spend over an hour on the phone with live agent without any resolution. Waste of time and money.

If you are considering purchasing tires from this location beware!!! If I could give negative stars I would. I made a purchase of 4 new tires for my 2018 Jeep Grand Cherokee High Altitude. Installation was fairly quick on the morning of Sept 14th but that's the only good part of the whole experience. I quickly noticed they left A LOT of the lubricant they use to mount the tire so I decided to go spray the lubricant off. It's then I noticed they had hit the front/edge of my black wheel taking it down to bare metal. Upon further inspection I noticed all of my rims have gouges all the way around them. I also noticed my passenger rear tire looks like someone took a chunk out of the sidewall. During the installation my vehicle was the only one in the shop getting tires at that time but somehow they couldn't even put my valve caps back on instead it's a bunch of random caps. The same day about 35 minutes later I took it to Show Bill Landis manager on duty in tire center. He took photos and quickly acknowledged they needed to have my rims fixed. When I asked about the chunk in the tire I was told it's just cosmetic. I thought when you buy something new it's supposed to look new. Imagine purchasing a brand new car dent in the hood and the dealer saying it's just cosmetic no big deal. Clearly it bothered me or I wouldn't have mentioned it. He told me he would reach out to me in a few days with an update after he spoke to his boss Tom. I received a call on September 15th telling me they were setting up an appointment with a wheel repair company and they would have me bring my vehicle in and they would attempt repair. As of Sept 24th I hadn't received a phone call so I decided to call them. I was told that they needed to order paint from Jeep and once it arrived they would have me come in to attempt repair. I asked what company were they having do the repair and they could not give me a name when pressed. I explained that having someone there with no knowledge of rim repair is unacceptable. I wanted my wheels back to the way they originally were which was immaculate these things don't even have any chips scratches or anything. So I waited for a call and of course no call. So on Monday October 5th I call again and this time I ask to speak to Bills boss "Tom". Well Tom called me back the next day saying he setup an appointment with a company from NJ to come pick up my wheels take them to their facility repair and return. My vehicle would live on one of their lifts in their garage at BJs in Millsboro until the wheels came back. They also told me to setup my own rental car because I felt they should provide me a vehicle since they damaged mine and I wouldn't have it to drive while repaired. I explained I didn't even have a ride from BJs to the car rental 1.6 miles away and unfortunately enterprise does not offer drop off from that location. After calling around and finding help I was thinking finally everything is resolved. So 30 minutes later Bill calls and tells me everything Tom had already told me almost word for word and I'm thinking this is the break down right here! Very very poor communication skills from either guy. I said to Bill I'm happy that we are finally moving forward to get this taken care of because it's been way too long. I asked how they planned on compensating me for the headache, time and that they are having to repaint my rims with some aftermarket paint which is never as good as original as any collision shop will tell you. He said let me run it by Tom and see what we can do. The next morning Tom called and said that appointment we have for you on Monday we've cancelled moving forward you'll talk to our insurance adjuster. I couldn't even ask a question it was so quick and to the point and then he hung up. I'm now patiently waiting for an insurance adjuster to reach out to me! This has been a horrific experience with no follow through and a lot of misdirection. I really wish I would have never purchased the tires from them I would gladly spend more money to avoid this at all cost!

Bj's Wholesale Club Brand Wellsley Farm Colombian Supremo mediun-dark roast whole bean coffee (Revisited) This is a review of the Wellsley Farms single origin Colombian Supremo whole bean coffee medium dark roast. This coffee is only available at Bj's wholesale club. At the time of testing I purchased this 40 ounce bag of coffee for $14.99 or 38 cents/ounce. The packaging was updated and first rate with a re-sealable mylar/foil bag with the standard one way de-gassing valve. The bag claimed to contain 100% Arabica, Colombian Supremo beans roasted to a medium-dark. The bag also had a basic set of brewing and storage instructions. No other Information about the coffee inside the bag was given. Upon opening the bag I found coffee beans that appeared to be of high quality with no defects. The beans were slightly oily and in my opinion to a perfect medium dark. The beans had a very pleasant semi sweet nutty/chocolaty fragrance. Upon brewing this coffee I started with my normal 67 grams of coffee with 1.2 liters of filtered water in a Cuisinart DCC 3850 Perfect Temp automatic drip coffee maker. I tried different grind levels of my normal medium to one click finer and two clicks coarser. my best results came at about 875 microns which on a Fellow Opus grinder is setting 8. The result was coffee that had a pleasant roasted nut/cocoa aroma while brewing and a brew that had typical Colombian flavors in my opinion. This coffee had almost nonexistent acidity, smooth fairly balanced coffee flavor with a decent mouth feel and a lingering burnt dark cocoa powder aftertaste. I will say comparing this Colombian coffee with my go-to Eight O'Clock Colombian Peaks medium roast, the Wellsley coffee is a bolder brew not as balanced with a slightly bitter finish. The SCA which is the governing body for coffee states that a cupping score of 80 and higher is a specialty grade of coffee. Using their scoring system I would rate the coffee at 87.5. This coffee rating is only my opinion. A lot of people will like the flavor of this coffee...I did but would have preferred a slightly lighter roast. Roasting the coffee that dark takes away a lot of the subtle nuances and flavors of single origin coffee beans. This coffee is recommended for people who enjoy darker roasted bolder coffees, and at 38 cents/ounce is an excellent value.

Today, 6 days after a grand opening (giving them time to get things in order) I went to buy a membership at BJ’ Wholesale Club in Foley AL. Membership line and return line was the same…duh. There were more returns (rotten vegetables, etc.) than membership people. Upon entering the store there were at least 50 folks backed up, with purchased items, and only 1 person checking receipts. Next to the application line were multiple TV’s blaring very loud audio, in competition with music. The place was a wreck! We turned around, never becoming a member. Here’s the deal: Retail is a difficult world these days -> To draw the customer into the store, any store, because the internet allows purchases delivered to the front door. So, when you open a new store in a marginal market, don’t you think the store manager and corporate administrators would make every effort to make a potential customer comfortable and keep them as a member. It’s a flop! Not enough LOW END customers in this market to sustain the facility. I’m betting, in 3 years the property is for sale. Again, if you can get a person through the door, try to keep them. I ain’t driving 15 miles for groceries and whatever else they sell. It’s nasty, already! SAD. Management should know better.

The started a 42nd birthday celebration sale this past weekend end of sept 2026 until 10/31/26. The m&ms for example are advertised every where on their webpage for 42% off. All the m&ms were sold out on day 2 in almost every store in New england. I made a call today 9/30/26 and was told by the stores that they did not even have product to sell on the sale date and that corporate never supplied them with these. I called corporate and they went on the webpage today and changed all the m&ms to while supplies last. Customer service with this matter was awful by corporate office and all 6 stores I called.
