BJ's Wholesale ClubReviews of bjs.com

Not a 5 because many items are very bulky Love that is not as busy as Costco and the sbility to self dcan and pay loved it Also the fact the invoice, when you scan snd pay, stays saved Costco member for many years A fan of BJs now

My membership was automatically renewed even though I had made up my mind not to renew it due to financial constraints and because I don't shop there in large quantities as back then. I mostly use it to buy gas and sometimes I will buy gas from Cumberland gas station because of proximity. The card membership was automatically renewed and I called the branch to complain that I don't want to renew my membership. A staff provided me the number to call the main office on a regular business day to cancel. I contacted BJ'S main office just this Monday to cancel and I was told it would be refunded back onto the card 3 to 5 business days. In the past, it took them 3 weeks to refund money to customers. I experienced this and I had to pay the debt on my card to avoid late card payment before BJ'S returned the funds. I am glad things have changed even though they can do better this is a huge improvement. I will move it to 5 🌟 if indeed the refund goes through within the number of days they communicated to me. If financial constraints ease up a bit, or if I am offered a good deal. I will consider signing up for 1 yr but for now I will manage without it. Thanks to the representative who did the cancelation for me, she was very polite and understanding.

My favorite club no kidding much better than Costco or Sam's with top BJs master card I paid $3.20 gal every where else is $3.69 just tap the CC card . Got my 85 Samsung Qled on sale for $900 4yr warranty marked down from $1600 got 5% back on CC plus 40 gallons free gas and filled my work van plus 4 5gal containers that's $140 in free gas the BJs credit card is through Capitol 1 and it's on same account page as my other Capitol 1 cards so super easy to use .I helps that club is 2 miles away. Costco is least favorite have had issues getting rebates and a warranty issue. Sams is just too inconsistent brands stock vary too much.BJs is go to club would gave it 5 stars but lacking name brands I mean you don't have Kraft mayo?

They shipped me an order with much of it damaged and unusable. I have since sent them two emails with pictures, and I have not heard back from anyone. This was well over a week ago. I am not happy with BJ's and will not renew my membership. Edit: I have changed my review from a one star to a 4 star. Customer service stepped up and fixed the issue. All is good.

I was searching for a Smart TV for months. I found a sample floor model at BJs in Maple shade NJ. It was a busy 4th of July holiday crowd. Doug the manager, and Karen took time out to help me on my purchase of a floor sample TV. Both went above and beyond to assist me in getting the LG- TV I really wanted, and even searched for and found the assesories. My experience at this location was great!! It was worth the trip. I love my Smart TV 4K purchase for the guest room. Thank you again Doug!! S. Boyer Burlington NJ

I like their enough space to shop. They provide pretty reasonable prices and fresh products.

Love BJs. Shopped there all the time and I miss it. Please build one near Myrtle Beach/Conway area. We need it. Not a fan of Costco.

Great guys very polite, even bought the heavy items inside. Great help and big thanks to team 46 & 79.
