I had the best experience ever in the Optical Department. I had an eye exam and ended up needing glasses. Carrie the person that helped me through both exam and getting new frames worked part of her lunch break to help me. I never one felt rushed and knowing how important breaks are in retail I was so appreciative of her professionalism and patients with me. I have always been treated very well at the Manchester NH store and have been a member well over 10 years

shipping costs are so high there is no actual savings and of course many items are not shippable at all or not ebt eligible. Hate it.I only paid 20 for a years membership with a gift offer so im glad. I wont be using BJ (short for something I wont say) .

This is the worst wholesale warehouse in Jacksonville Florida. Many of the store brand are very cheap products, I.e. Paper towels bathroom tissue. The store is not set up for easy shopping! Groceries are all over the place, one has to circle and circle until you find something you want to purchase. The in club express pay, is not user friendly and it does not allow you to retrieve a receipt after 24 hours. The hotdogs and pretzels at the snack bar are NOT TASTY! They are horrible. The delivery service is SLOW!! The only good thing I can say about BJ's Wholesale Club, is the gasoline pricing!!! I have to go back to Sam’s Club!!! They have an awesome way to skip the line, I can retrieve my in store receipt at anytime!!! Their hotdogs and pretzels are THE VERY BEST!! Their store brand paper towels and bathroom tissue at the very BEST!!!

I stopped buying Monster after finding several cans with no carbonation on two separate occasions. I complained and they told me they didn't give refunds. I recently bought a Coke Variety pack and the first bottle I opened had no carbonation. No more carbonated drinks from BJ's

We visited the new BJ’s in Palm Coast Florida today and was very pleased. We found everything we needed and more. Our checkout person, Bridget L. took the time to find the coupons I had neglected to clip and saved us $10. The rest of the staff was friendly and helpful. We definitely will return!

Cancelled my membership after 3 days. I was told you will get a refund on your card within 2 weeks. Now its been 3 weeks and I had to ask for my refund. Customer service is sucks. If you are looking for any sort of refund good luck.

I have to give one star because there is no ZERO STAR. These people are liars. I waited in onto occasions for a tv to be delivered. Their "customer Services" (HUH!) told me that the delivery van had been to my house and knocked. Lie! I was in house all day. They said they had tried to call me. Lie! I have my mobile with me at all times and no missed calls. DO NOT TRUST THESE PEOPLE. THEY ARE USELESS.

They shipped me an order with much of it damaged and unusable. I have since sent them two emails with pictures, and I have not heard back from anyone. This was well over a week ago. I am not happy with BJ's and will not renew my membership. Edit: I have changed my review from a one star to a 4 star. Customer service stepped up and fixed the issue. All is good.
