Everyone is friendly and helpful they do everything in their power to make the process flow smoothly!

This is a truly terrible business, from both an ethical and a business operational perspective. They claim to do good, while actually manipulating and taking advantage of clients, many low-income who are knowingly willing to be manipulated in order to get this money.

The people that works there are sweet kind and caring to others also funny as well and they go out there way to help you make you smile when having a bad day also they are fast workers at that...

Everyone here has been so nice! Sarah and Katie are especially kind(there’s more but those are the names I remember) and it’s been a great experience!

The staff at the Kennesaw GA location is top notch. They explain the process, effortlessly get the IVs started, check on donors regularly and are friendly. If you donate, you may want to bring a light jacket or blanket as the facility is very chilly. The office is very clean and they play great music! This location is popular so plan on at least 2 hours for check in, wait time and donation.

Lately there has been unusually wait times to get checked in and again to get in a chair and then again to get hooked up. Frustrating as you see staff walking around, chit chatting with one another seemingly ignoring donors that are waiting. On top of that, the last time I donated there was problems with the "new machines" where it was allowing my blood to be returned. They said it was a technical issue with new machines and even though not my fault, I now have to wait 8 weeks to donate again. Lastly, payment structure is inconsistent and lately so low that I'm considering not going until tehy offer a want you back "promo".
