People at the facility are great although getting sick of the consistent decrease in pay, considering that there is no chance that BioLife is lowering the price it's charging when they sell the plasma, it would be nice to have some consistency. Yes, they are using donations to save life's but they are profiting as well....pick a level of compensation and stick with it.

I enjoy helping and giving plasma but they need to work on the schedules. It take 1-2 hours past your appt time to get seated and start the process. They don’t have enough staff to handle the appointments. Facility is very nice and the staff are friendly but I feel bad for the staff seeing as they don’t have the help needed. Hope they fix this issue.

When I got my area there was 2 people waiting to get hooked up and I sat there 20 minutes before they attended to the first person that was waiting the person taking care of the area was just talking to one of the people giving plasma just gabbing endlessly.....it was not busy.....there are a lot of dedicated people that work there and a few that need to be talked to.....it's frustrating sitting there listeningto someone talking about everything from what they had for lunch and not sleeping well and stuff i dont nee to know.....there was a guy that sat down when I was half way thru and was not hooked up when I left ....there is no reason for this

I have been donating at csl plasma for 4 years so I decided to try biolife every time I got stuck they, missed my vein and had to try and stick the other arm the bruises were horrible I have never experienced that at CSL so I got banned for 8 weeks I have gone back to csl and have not had one problem I think they need alot more training I lost out on the 4 hundred on my bonus and it is to bad because I did like the place

I have been going to bio life for 6 weeks now . The belt line Dallas Texas center is my 2nd home . The staff works very hard and is professional and always courteous… FOLKS LOVE TO COMPLAIN - it’s human nature - I am grateful for bio life and it’s services- All of the staff are great - MRS ANN is a true professional and for me “ AMAZING ‘ …. Thank you for what y’all do

09/09 I believe. Second time I had a blown donation due to bubbles in tubing shutting down the machine. They did'nt come from me. What actually finished the process was clots forming in the tubing. The second time the process was about half way complete, so I lost an amount of whole blood, and they had to treat it as a donation of whole blood. For whatever reason I have been put on a 60 day suspension of donating,( Nov. 14.) Usually a donation of whole blood can be done every 30 days, so I don't get why 2 months. They assured me I did nothing to cause it, but no further explanation. At this point I don't know if I will go back or not. D. Johnson
