It is a good thing to donate plasma, all people are qualified technicians, But I have found that Terry is the best in my book. With her knowledge and experience dealing with needle placement and the veins of the arm. I look for her every time I walk in door, her knowledge and wonderful personality brings me back twice a week. Thank you, Terry, in Nampa Idaho

I made an appointment for 2nd donation. I was registered on the computer on time. There already was a long line. This was a 1020 appointment. I did not get back to a chair until 1130. The appointment time does not seem to matter. If they do allow walk-in they should be separate of appointments. The donation was 45 min. The wait to donate was 90 min. Needs streamlining at front end.

The only complaint I really have is it seems like on my bonus days and my hematocrit level drops like eight points in two days🤷🏻‍♀️👀and that just does not make any sense to me?? Seems like an easy way to save money to me??

The waits are LONG! Even with an "appt", I've waited in line for an hour or more before getting to a chair. I was there for over 3 hours tonight for my 8th donation! I don't know why they require a time commitment when they don't uphold their end of it. The skill of the phlebotomists really varies which results in longer times in the chair and possible sticks in both arms to ensure full payment for a donation. The staff have been super nice, so this mixed review is for that reason.

Employees are friendly & helpful. The app is ridiculous! Sometimes it works & sometimes it doesn’t! Why???? In this day and age for a company as large as BioLife to not have a user-friendly app and one that can always be accessed is very disappointing. I don’t understand why their app keeps saying that my token doesn’t match. I only put in the numbers they send me in my email. After trying several times it locks me out for a while. I know I’m getting their code right because I write it down. Guess they don’t want me to donate because I can’t make an appointment.

Is it me or is biolife pumping more plasma but paying less? I've been donating for over 8 yrs and am getting less then when I was 8 yrs ago. And the amount of plasma they pump is higher then before, but I'm making Less I mean I still do it to help those in need but inflation is high and I can use more pay I hope bio life looks into paying more.

I really enjoy donating and the compensation isn't too bad, however, I have my doubts about BioLife. I enjoyed my first time and continued to donate for a cause and the staff is nice. The compensation was nice at first but quickly changed afterwards. I was offered an amount for the following week and every week after was less. That's a complete disrespect and slap in the face. Staff could benefit from learning how to wrap after done donating. NYBC way better at it and BioLife could learn from it. Bandaging after donating shouldn't make use of your arm useless. It also doesn't last long which could be a problem down the road if the bleeding starts back up. Should last longer than an hour. Better compensation and better end of donation wrap.

The people have all been great and I haven’t had any bad experiences. The biggest complaint is the new bogus Rewards Program. It’s incredibly insulting that after 6 donations you can cash in for $5. They have significantly decreased the weekly payout since I joined the program as well. What used to be $125-140 has not been $110-115. The program is just making them more money.
