My experience was horrible , the lady that took my vitals could find my veins and she still passed me, then when I was in the donation bed the stuck my left arm twice then my right arm once and I ended up almost passing out and losing a lot of blood, then I went back to give them another chance and they stuck my left arm again once and failed to find the vein then stuck my right and a failed and keeped moving the needle around in my arm until they found it and it was so painful, I’m never going back there!

Very professional, consistent, friendly and compassionate staff. Very clean facility. The hours available are great and provide lots of flexibility. I like being able to help others and this is a great way to do that.

Very friendly staff..that being said, two times in a row in the Deptford, NJ location, I’ve had bubbling and bleeding by the injection site. Bad black and blue and pain included! Not sure what kind of training or what their hiring process is, but I’m pretty sure this is not how it’s supposed to go.

I've been donating plasma at the Isbell St, Green Bay, WI site on & off for several years. I've always had a good experience with the people who work there. The facility is clean & the donating process is relatively short. Thank you Biolife Staff!!!!

I have been donating at the Overland Park, Kansas location for a couple of months now. Everyone is kind and considerate. A special shout out to Heather. She is friendly and cares about what she is doing. She needs an increase in her pay, or at minimum a promotion. She shows true customer committment.
