Love all the friendly staff and no complaints

Every time I go into the Cedar Falls Biolife, I have a wonderful experience. Working in healthcare, it is SO nice to see the team work together on the floor. They laugh and just look like they really are having a great time working together. It makes it entertaining to go in. But more importantly, they are great at their jobs! I have never had a bad experience. I typically go after work around 5pm throughout the week, so it is very busy, but they do a great job getting you in and out.

I like that I am helping people with my donations. I of course like that I get paid for my efforts. The majority of the staff are pleasant. What I don't like is the duration of waiting. On average, from the time I walk in the door until the time I leave, is about 3 hours or more. That is entirely too long. I have worked all day, sat in traffic to get there. Then having to wait that long is not pleasant.

I like the fast service on most days. Sometimes they are short staffed but the fact that the management comes out to help is great!!

I have donated over 350 times with biolife. I am always treated with respect and the employees are fun and engaged. they treat us with respect and try very hard to move us in and out and thank us for our time! AWSOME job!

I was very impressed with the process from start to finish. The number of people donating is awesome. I had donated plasma in the past (not with Biolife) and the process was not as streamlined. I do think based on the number of people coming in to donate, it would be nice to have additional staff available both for those donating as well as staff needing a break. My experience checking in for my first visit went well. It is a long process but I have great comfort in knowing they wanted me to know what I was signing up for. The process of getting set up was great. Staff made sure I was comfortable, didn't have any questions and checked with me often while the machine was running.
