The nurses and workers in person are lovely and polite, I however cannot say the same about their management and phone service. After asking their AI agent five times for a human representative, I'm given a man who completely ignores everything I'm saying, and then has the audacity to tell me "I'll have someone call you at some point" and just hangs up on me without helping whatever. Their call service workers are rude and terribly unhelpful, it's genuinely made so that they can get away without paying you by making sure your card doesn't work and then never attempting to fix it. Terrible service.

Very rude and dis honest staff
Very rude and dis honest staff. The front desk stated to me that I would get paid 60 dollars return donor fees However I was only paid 40.00 dollars. The Staff was very rude. The location is very dirty. The location on West Colonial and Good homes road needs to be shut down!!!

Who donates plasma on their birthday
Who donates plasma on their birthday? Well I did unfortunately! I got there and was happy to see that there was no line for screening and after about 15-20 minutes I got seated and waited 45 minutes and they still didn’t stick me. A girl came and said thanks for being patient but then she left when I thought it was finally my turn and I waited even longer. I finally got up and left. I saw a girl get hooked up and finished before I was even started. Someone that came way after me was hooked up and going before me when I think it should be a first come first serve basis. I was extremely disappointed with my experience and I don’t think I’ll ever go back which is sad because it’s a great thing to do when you’re helping people who need plasma services.

They Mocked Me—Then Made Me the Problem
I am extremely disappointed with how my experience at the Forestville BioLife Plasma location was handled.
During my appointment, I asked a simple question about getting a blanket because I believed an employee had told me one was available. Instead of simply answering my question, another employee laughed, questioned who had told me that, and then publicly called the employee over. That employee denied saying it and laughed as well. At that point, I felt like I had been turned into the joke.
When I spoke up and said that I felt their behavior was disrespectful and unprofessional, the entire situation was flipped around. Instead of addressing why I was upset, my reaction to being embarrassed became the problem. I went from being the customer who felt disrespected to somehow being treated as though I was the person who had done something wrong.
I was disconnected from the donation process, told to leave and never return, and security was called. I was not threatening anyone, and I complied with being asked to leave.
What bothers me most is how the situation was handled. Staff members were allowed to laugh and make an uncomfortable situation out of a basic question, but when I reacted to feeling mocked and embarrassed, suddenly I became the “problem.” There was no meaningful attempt to de-escalate, hear my side, or acknowledge the behavior that started the situation.
You cannot provoke or embarrass a customer, ignore what caused their reaction, and then portray yourself as the victim because the customer speaks up about it.
BioLife should review how this incident was handled and how employees at this location communicate with donors when there is a disagreement. Professionalism should apply to everyone—not just the customer.

They do not care
I have donated plasma to BioLife many times. Most of the time the service has been friendly and professional and on the few occasions when they were crowded and things moved slowly the staff still managed to keep an even keel and to treat me and the other donors well. So, overall I have no complaints. HOWEVER...I did have one incident this week that really made my blood boil. I made a reservation (like I always do) and this time it was in Springfield, MA. I was on the road and I had to drive over an hour and a half to get to this location. Interstate 90 (the MassPike) was crowded but I managed to arrive at BioLife Plasma location. Through no fault of my own, I was 15 minutes late for the appointment. The "manager" of the facility locked the front door and would not let me in, and when I explained what happened he was completely disinterested and dismissive. He would not listen to me at all and made it clear that being "late" was entirely my fault and he would not attempt to make an accommodation. I am never, ever going to a BioLife Plasma facility again.

The wait time here is in sane
The wait time here is in sane. They are clearly under staffed. They make you wait in line forever and on top of that it's standing up. Then they call you and they make you wait at least another 30 min. On the bed. Akeobwhen you are done they make you wait another 15 minutes to remove the needle and cubes. In total you are there between 2-3hrs sometimes

This company should specifically state…
This company should specifically state if you’ve had cancer, that you can’t donate! Instead they make you go through the process and waste several hours of your time. I would say it looks like 75% of the people who come here are on drugs!

No one explained to me the new donor…
No one explained to me the new donor coupon to me so instead of getting the $90, I only received $40
