The Managements lack of capability in hiring, training, and retention of their employees is deplorable. Their appointment structure (or complete lack of) with a now normal wait time of an hour to 90 minutes before you get to a donation bed is not extremely frustrating as its apparent that they DO NOT CARE about DONORS TIME!! Been coming here for almost 8 years and sadly and unfortunately watched the standards only go right down the drain!

I've been going to the Biolife center on Silver Springs in Milwaukee since day one (literally, I was there for grand opening!) The staff is awesome! They always make me feel welcome and have a good time! They are getting used to me and my "rolling veins!" and the process is smooth. Thank you everyone!

I like the convenience of the Bio Life I go to however, the staff is in efficient. Waiting up to 15 minutes to be disconnected after a donation while the staff laughs and plays together. So very annoying.

Overall the actual donation process is just fine, for me it takes about 40 minutes to complete and the staff are great. The issue is that quite often it takes over an hour just to get into the chair to donate. I arrive early and do the questions and then have to wait in line to get my vitals checked, then have to go wait in an other line to donate and it ends up way after my appointment time. I have other things to do with my day besides wait in lines. I don't know if this is a staffing issue or they just over book. On very few rare occasions I can get in and out of there in an hour which is just fine. I don't do weekends or when they just open, and one day it is fine, then it is awful and I'm waiting again. I also have about a 35 minute drive each way so add it all together it can take 3 hours out of my day. I would be more apt to donate more if the wait times were reduced, but I'm not sure how they could do this.

Since I have given plasma I can not believe how smooth the procedure has been. The bldg is so clean and professionally ran. Everyone has been well trained and professional.

I donate at the Biolife located in McDonough, GA. The team there is pretty good, no issues. Usually long wait times due to staff shortage but they work hard to get you seated. They’re always polite. My problem is my last visit. When the tech spun my blood the tube broke in the machine. Malfunctioning glass tube. He’d gotten a good flow of blood from my finger. When he pricked another finger he couldn’t get enough blood and to no fault of my own, I was deferred and NOT paid. As the previous client stated, malfunctioning product or equipment is not our fault. We wasted our gas to get there, spent time in line for nothing, due to your malfunctioning product/equipment. Not fair. Why do we pay for Biolife mistakes/misfortunes? Why can’t we get paid something? Thanks…☹️
