I'm starting to see that the bonus is a scam. They "lost" my original blood test from 17 days ago and now I will need to submit another one and wait 7 days for the results, which will negate the bonus. Their lab lost my bloodwork, and now they won't honor the bonus because it will be after the 30 days. How convenient.

Im Eugene an I'm sort of a new donor to biolife but Michelle made my experience so wonderful! She stuck me today an i didn't feel a thing. An she has such a great personality on top of being so so beautiful. She really makes biolife a great place to visit an she doesn't even know it!!

I had a 9:15 appointment and its 10:33 and I just got started donating. For some reason I was skipped over by three people that were behind me in the line to start with. Here lately the wait times are getting longer and longer.

I like the staff here they check on you and they are pretty fast. I don't like that I scheduled my appointment and i couldn't give due to my protein levels being off it would be nice to got a call or an email to let me know before i drove 30 minutes to my appointment.

"appointment time" 4:15, arrived at 4:10 to scan in. Webster, TX. 12 peeps in line to check vitals, 24 in line waiting for a bed. Standing for 2 hrs 14 minutes before getting a bed-phlebotomist Ricky murmuring about his bad day and flirting with other donors while milking the clock resulting in me laying on the bed from 6:24 to 7:16 before being poked.....totally unacceptable. No since of time value and I will not go back and no longer invite others to participate at this facility. Was on a promotion for a monthly timeline and 2 weeks prior, waited for 35 minutes to check-in and was denied because I was Late????? 40 minute commute to leave without donating......Was not able receive the higher payout for the last donations because of their inefficiency. No respect for donors....

Employees are friendly & efficient. Understaffed. New donors "jump" to the front of the line. If there are several everyone else gets bumped back to a longer wait. Two hour visits are the norm.

Visited Irving TX location twice, first time was very slow. Onw cause was there were 2 to 3 new donors being served at a time thus very slow for return donors. 2nd visit was better.. Wait times in first stage of process slow, wait time donating part of the donation was a better turnaround but still had to wait because multiple people given cards in same section at same time. Will try again but wish there was a location on north Metroplex area so it's not a 35+ minute highway drive.

I have been donating in St Cloud Mn.for about 5 years. The employees are very well trained, professional,and care about the folks that their experience is a good one. I enjoy my appointments every week.
