Loved the different rooms that you go to. Hates the wait time even with my scheduled appointments. It took me 15 min from appt to use computer, 20 minutes to stand in line to give plasma; and 20 more minutes to wait for them to stick me. Never had issues at CSL. I wont be coming back to BioLife. People that worked there was always kind to me. My hands shake so they wanted me to go to doctors which I have done and nothing found. So now I can’t donate anymore and I was going every week till they stopped me. It really pissed me off

I would give them a negative if I could. I was there for 3 hours. I even talked with a manager and he said that it’s normal. It’s not normal they schedule too many appointments and don’t have enough people. I have never been there for that long.

Very bad organization. Be careful with her. Donated blood several times. As a result, they refused to continue accepting my blood because I don’t know English. I think this is humiliation and discrimination.

My experience for the very first time was very pleasant, easy and kind. Beth was great at making everything understandable and fun. Will definitely be wearing a sweatshirt for my next visit!

I have always had a good experience with everyone there. They are always pleasant and ask questions about your day, life, etc. It makes you feel like you are more than a number to them. It's nice helping and to get paid at the same time.
