The staff is incredible. All the phlebotomists are well trained and I have had good experience throughout the center with various staff members.

The app won't let me use my own email,I even went to the place place to schedule an an appointment,was told I couldn't do that. I called and left a message to see about making an appointment, and no call back

I'm extremely disappointed and upset with Biolife Plasma the Dallas Beltline Center. Yesterday I donated for the second time in 7 day period and was only compensated for the first time twice. Now I'm unable to even schedule an additional second donation to receive the second incentive and increased payment once more and the centers technicians and managers say there's nothing they will do about it. I've been donating plasma for years and I will never return to their facility or have anything to do with them over $50. The way they conduct their business is pure garbage

From lack of communication and poor customer service, to faulty readings and privacy issues, I will NEVER donate with this company again. I’m so glad I discovered one of their competitors. HUGE DIFFERENCE!

This place is a 🤣 😭 🤣 The employees got no customers service skills they're very rude and unprofessional they treat you like a criminal with no respect. The wait is hours even if you got an appointment ....They get pay $1,500 for a bottle of plasma and we only get a few bucks for risking our Life ....... I think we deserve a lot better treatment then that....BioLife plasma center sucks dinosaur balls Never going back to that horrible place

In my center in Onalaska they always do the very best they can with the usually massive swarm of people. The flobatmists are skilled and super personable. I highly recommend!!!!
