I’ve been donating plasma for a while now and have never had an issue. Everyone at the center is very nice and things move smoothly. The last donation I made was rough. The girl who stuck me was a nice as could be but was struggling to find my vein which is uncommon as I am very fair and very veiny and you can see the typical spot that gets used. I ended up with a hematoma that has been very painful and unfortunately I work in a business that requires me to use it constantly and I work out 5 days a week and haven’t been able to. I understand that it is something that can happen and although she was very nice definitely seemed inexperienced

The employees are friendly and kind. The facility is on the cool side so warm clothes or covering preferred. Thank you for such a positive experience.

I have been donating for a few years. Recently the payout is less and the donation time is longer. I never get out in less than 2 hrs. This equates to less money per visit --- I will pause my donation until the facility get organized. This is sad because there are people in need of plasma. Biolife is making so much money selling a bag of plasma and rewarding the donors less. Greedy

I was quite disappointed at my last donation because I was supposed to be receiving a $90 bonus. However, I was called by BioLife as I was on my way to my appointment and they stated they were closing early due to short staffing and canceling my appointment and that I would get a $25 come back coupon at my next 2 visits. I feel that if I am not able to complete a donation due to no fault of my own, then I should receive the compensation that I was due at my next visit regardless of whether a promotion has expired or not. When I got to my donation I asked to talk to a manager to confirm whether or not I would get the previous amount and they said I would and to go ahead and donate and talk to a manager after so I did that. Then I talked to a different manager after donating and SHE told me I would NOT be getting the amount that I was previously entitled to because I didn't complete the previous donation. I reminded her that BIOLIFE were the ones that canceled NOT me and she said it didn't matter. I wish I had received accurate information BEFORE donating because if I had, I would have walked away and not wasted my 2.5 hours. I am considering not wasting my time anymore.

I was at the Grand Opening in Lubbock, Texas. It was so refreshing to donate plasma where they showed you respect for your time. It did take about 3 hours or so on that day but you have to consider the volume of people that showed up for the opening. I have been 3 times since then and I am in and out between 1 and 1 1/2 hours. Love this place. :-)

The staff is friendly and service is great. You can be in and out within an hour 😊

Jasmine is very good and wonderful with patience! The reason I gave a 3 stars because management must not be good because I’m there for 2 1/2 hours just to wait for a chair in line ! They have got to do better and if y They want more people to Donate then stop reducing fees when we come every week and have to wait in long lines . You have some staff that I won’t mention names that stand around like there’s nothing to do and my machine is going off that I’m ready to be disconnected! I shouldn’t have to sit there 15 minutes while your staff is just standing around doing nothing! I’ve already been there for 3 hours ! I feel my time should be considered !

My husband and I have gone for a few years but will not go back unless the times and waits are less. The last time we went we were there for 3 hours. Just a donation. Way too long and so aggravating! I feel they don’t put enough time in between each person.
