I love the Onalaska BioLife. They are always calm and collected in the busiest of times. I've never been treated disrespectfully. Everyone seems to do everything they can within their means to.

Always have a very long wait. To many appointments scheduled for the staff they have. 10 minutes to log in, 20 minutes in line to get checked, 20 minutes wait to get a station, 15 minutes wait to get stuck then after donating 15-20 minutes wait to get unplugged

the work is not organized correctly. since you make an appointment at 9.00, but you wait more than 2 hours. and no one is interested. Probably, some branches may close soon due to such approaches.

Check in time too long. I believe that if you have been a consistent donor, you should come first not second. Check in time takes too long and new donors always get put to the front of the line in front of dedicated donors who take the time to make their appointments.
