THE people are great, it was busy, but they moved us along fast, they are polite too.

Last week I went to donate twice the first time the tech could not hit either vein apologize and paid me the second time the tech tried one arm then the second which was a good hit but ended up being a blood clot caused by the bad stick and again sent me home this time with a non qualifying bruise which will cost me $70 I think maybe a little re training on poking please

I had a bad experience due to the fact that I'm being penalized for donating and not getting full compensation. When I expressed my dissatisfaction, I was told that I couldn't go back to donate for 8 weeks. Never again will I go back. These people need us more than we need them.

Got a 50% reduction in compensation. Now I'm good. No love for those dedicated to the cause.

What made this experience great was how friendly and helpful they are. They care about our experience greatly. I would recommend to friends and family. My son I do it every weekend together. The staff makes us feel at home, comfortable and our friendly. I watch Netflix while I donate and the stuff don't mind. I see some people reading or listening to music. They will let you bring in a blanket if you like. The staff there are amazing people and I apricate what they do. People donate for different reasons. My reason for donating because years ago I almost died giving birth to my son. I had to have 9 units of blood and was life flighted. Now I am giving back to help save someone else live. So I know how much of a different it can make.

My husband and I have been donating regularly for 6 months and will be continuing to donate. It is so beneficial for those that need plasma to live. The staff are very professional and friendly.

Wait time to get to the floor to donate is little longer than I think it could be. But once getting to the floor, the phlebotomist are great! Each experience with them is good. DESTINY IS AWESOME!!! She is very professional and concerned about everyone. ❤️

I have donated there for over a year and have had issue with high blood pressure readings. I am constantly deferred for high blood pressure. Yet my doctor gets normal reading when I go to him. Biolife will not do a manual reading. I am going to CSL because they will do a manual reading and I will pass and be able to donate. You may pay more. But if I can not donate, I do not get paid. I will go where I can donate and get paid.
