Very unprofessional, rude and disrespectful.I will never recommend to donate at this place!!!

They ask you to set an appointment but apparently the “appointment” doesn’t mean anything, because I set no an appointment but when I arrived there were 30 win line and not enough stations or techs to take the appointments they had scheduled. In the end I was there for 2 hours, which was not very convenient.

Staff is unprofessional causing drama amongst staff and donors talking about each other. Management had a blind eye for whoever kisses their but treating donors and staff aweful. They yell at people make a scene and the safest part it's the staff more then donors!

The center where I donate is awesome. The staff is very knowledgeable, professional and friendly. The nurses I've had any interactions with are the best. My only question us why have the monetary reimbursements decreased? When I started it was $140, then went to $120 and now it's down to $115 for 2 donations per week. I'm not donating for the money per se, I would donate anyway. I'm just curious. Keep up the great work!

URGENT!!! "DO NOT COME HERE!!! I thought I would make extra money for Christmas on my day off so came to this location. They do not change their gloves, even if you ask them kindly after they assist other donors. I asked a lady with a hijab to change her gloves before she attended to me. She yelled and said she was not going to. She took me off guard. I thought why is she yelling? I asked her kindly again asking to please change them, but she continued to refuse. I explained to her that my concern was that blood can transmit disease-like aids, and it is important to use clean gloves when working with blood and taking care of multiple donors. However, she became angry and yelled at me, refusing to change her gloves. She looked at me with so much hate. She then told me to go back to the end of the line. I was in disbelief and shocked at her behavior. She then said I'm not dealing with you!!! She called a young man and asked him to assist me instead. However, he didn't listen ignored my concerns, and sided with her. He said it was not in the policy to change them even if a donor asked, In the end, I left feeling very disappointed, frustrated, and concerned for other donors. I want to warn other donors that this facility may not take the necessary precautions to ensure their safety. I will not be returning to this location and encourage others to consider their options carefully before donating here." Now that I'm here at home writing the review I believe she might have been discriminated against me because I'm a Christian. I was wearing a big cross on my cap and she was wearing a hijab. I will be praying for her. I forgive her because she is blind to her actions. She needs to be written up for failing to go through health protection procedures to protect donors and remind her she needs to treat and speak to donors professionally. Yelling and acting erratically toward a Donor should not be allowed no matter our background and religious beliefs.

The techs are extremely fast and helpful!! Arianna is not only a good person but extremely good at what she does and that's why I keep asking for her twice a week!!!✨️✨️✨️✨️✨️

I used to go here regularlyand thien i moved and they wouldnt let me go to the cwnter i moved by and they were trying to force me to drive really far to the old one i called every single day for weeks and they never transferred me. One day all i said was cmon guys this is BS just let me go to the new center. And then this grown woman on the other sude said on no theres no cussing on the phone youre banned! Smh. This place is BS

Some people live more than 30 mins away from a center. So, if they are some raises why we can't donate then you should send us a message on the app letting us know to know waist the gas and time driving there and back home. And if you have someone setting waiting to be hooked to the machine then just do not set up an empty chair well, I am waiting I have a life and things to do too.
